Undeniably one of the yummiest boba milk teas I've had. The creaminess is real. Guessing it might be because they use real milk (don't worry they also have oat for people against cows). They didn't ask me for a sweetness preference but maybe because they've perfected it? Not sure. They got it figured out though!

So sad to see poor service in this area I came here on 03/30/2024 around 2:45pm all I can say is the girl at the register was so rude didn't even want to serve us didn't even want to greet us. I asked maybe two questions and her demeanor was just as if she didn't want to deal with people of our color. I just walked out I didn't even buy anything of how uncomfortable i felt.

Indulgent and delicious! The brown sugar milk boba tea is a favorite for me and my friends when we're craving something sweet. I usually split one drink because after a few sips, I can definitely feel the sugar rush. It's a fun spot with great service.

Yay! If you're looking for a cup of happiness, this is it! When I crave a good brown sugar with whole milk, this is it! You will not be disappointed! It's creamy, milky, perfect sweetness, just ahhhhhhhh. The boba is perfectly soft and chewy and slightly warm from soaking in a bath of brown sugar, can't go wrong with their classic.

Amazing service! They are very friendly and were helpful when trying to decide what to order. We got the regular brown sugar boba and the brown sugar espresso drinks, and both were really good! Will definitely come back!

I already had a bad first experience here when they deleted my order completely two hours before closing. Then they conveniently disconnected their phone to go straight to voicemail. I hate to be THAT customer, but I feel like I've been pushed into that corner by this business. My recent order tasted like plain milk. Literally I paid $18 for two cups of milk. Perhaps I have to just bite the bullet and make the drive the Rowland Heights. At this point I just want a refund and please hire more employees because the ones here seem extremely out of it.

This was my first time being in ktown and let me tell you stopping by in this spot was spot on. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our drinks came out quickly. The ambiance was a vibe.
The person who rung me up for some reason deleted my first drink order. When that was discovered she rung me up again which was fine but no apologies or anything. Just apathy. Then like a third of the boba in my drink was either so overcooked or not fresh that I couldn't drink it through the straw. I can't remember the last time this happened at a usually reputable boba place.

Sincerely enjoyed their boba. Ordered one of the boba w/ popping boba balls and everything was delicious. Everything was prompt and loved their customer service. Do expect some line, especially during the weekends but it was worth the wait. A+++

Very cool spot and the boba is delicious! The ambience is really quiet. The server had great service. Very small but cozy. I got the black sugar boba milk less sweet and it was great. 4 stars because parking is hard to find and parking at the lot is 20 dollars! So it's a little less accessible than I'd want it to be or maybe I just didn't know where to park haha. I was lucky enough to get a parking in the street. Otherwise, I enjoyed my time here.
