Good dive bar in the Arts District. I went there solo on a Friday night. Lots of nice folks. Very red inside thanks to Christmas lights. Ignore Google's weird description on it being a "masculine" place. It was nothing like that.
Good dive bar in the Arts District. I went there solo on a Friday night after dinner at Bestia. Lots of nice folks, including the bartender, who told me the history of the bar - one of the last real working class bars left in the area. Very red inside thanks to Christmas lights. Pizza by the slice next door, but I did not try.

Attentive staff. Strong drinks. Jukebox! Pool and a back porch. I used to come here all the time with my best friend. I haven't been since they opened an outdoor area to comply with Covid rules during the pandemic. But, I can't wait to go back again sometime.
