I’m a Brazilian who lives in San Diego, and had been waiting for the opportunity to try this place. I was excited about the atmosphere and drinks, and the whole staff was great. Sadly, I was disappointed in the food — don’t go to this place expecting actual Brazilian food (from a Brazilian). The Caipirinha was decent, the rest of the food was decidedly mid — and definitely not Brazilian. The price is especially high for the portion size, and the flavors are also not interesting takes on Brazilian flavors. It seems like they liked the idea of the Brazilian aesthetic but didn’t take it to heart, resulting in mediocre, unspecific food. Maybe I shouldn’t have gone with expectations of Brazilian food, but I couldn’t help but be disappointed. The Pão de Queijo didn’t taste like pão de queijo, it tasted like a little cacio e pepe bread, and the linguiça had middle eastern flavors instead of the ones I know from home.

What a joke, $42 bucks for two chicken thighs, rice, beans, and 20% gratuity. Food was average at best.

Nossa Caipirinha Bar offers an authentic Brazilian experience right in the heart of Los Feliz. My partner and I recently indulged in a late-night adventure at this vibrant establishment, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by the lively beats of Brazilian music, instantly transporting us to the streets of Rio. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with warm décor adding to the immersive experience. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the cocktails. Each drink was meticulously crafted with quality ingredients, perfectly capturing the essence of Brazilian flavors. Whether it was the classic caipirinha or one of their signature creations, every sip was a delight for the senses. As the night progressed, the bartender recommended we try Brazilian fernet, and we're glad we did. It was a bold and flavorful choice that left a lasting impression, showcasing the bar's dedication to offering unique and authentic experiences.Overall, Nossa Caipirinha Bar exceeded our expectations, delivering not only exceptional drinks but also a memorable cultural journey. Whether you're a connoisseur of Brazilian cuisine or simply looking for a lively atmosphere to unwind, Nossa Caipirinha Bar is a must-visit destination. Obrigado for an unforgettable evening!

The food is reasonable bar fare. Burger so wet the bottom bun fell apart - but all in all, not bad.But that’s not my beef. They advertise an extensive wine list - not so. There are a total of two red wines by the glass, one an organic refrigerated style, on the menu. This is not a wine bar. It’s a bar with some wine. And a record player - which is always cool, but they need new speakers. The current online rating is way over-stated.

This spot has a lovely ambiance but the food was irritating. I came here with a couple of my best friends and we’ve all been to Brazil together. Although the waitress couldn’t pronounce anything correctly on the menu, she was nice. She recommended the Moqueca. I cook Moqueca. I ordered it. The first thing that angered me was the price. $30-sumn dollars for a personal bowl of Moqueca. The second thing that pissed me off was that the SHRIMP WEREN’T DEVEINED! This is such a rookie mistake for a restaurant with such high prices. I’m down to come back because the place has much potential but somebody gotta holla at the chef back there…

Nice atmosphere and good service, good drinks. The food was sub par. Ratatouille is way better. The steak was not trimmed well and was swimming in the "chimichurri". The chimichurri is blended green sauce not the traditional fresh diced. The most disappointing thing is that people rate this place at 4.6 stars.

Nossa is my favorite LA restaurant/bar. Ceviche, pea salad, and steak xixo skewers for food. Classic gin martini for drinks. Ambiance is amazing and the staff are incredible.

3.5/5 This place has been on our list for a few months now after discovering it on social media. We came here on Valentine's Day after I made a reservation a week prior for outdoor seating (indoor reservation was not available for prime dinner hours when I looked). Their outdoor seating is ok. It did have heat lamps which was nice, however I'm not the biggest fan of sitting in the parklet barrier patios which have you sitting like 5 feet from zooming cars on the street. For some reason I was expecting either sidewalk seating or a back patio. I should have done my research. Our server was friendly and the timeliness of everything coming out from drinks, to apps, to bigger plates was perfect. Nothing rushed or slow. We did really enjoy our cocktails which is why I pushed my initial review from a 3 to a 4, however I found everything to be fairly overpriced. For the two of us, the cost was well over $220 with the tip. It was nice that we got to try some different foods, but the portions often were tiny for a high price point. I understand the location being in Los Feliz and LA in general, but this is just more so of a warning/disclaimer. I enjoyed the Pincanha steak. I thought the steak sauce that accompanied it was really tasty. The biggest disappointment to me was that I was under the impression that this place has *live* Brazilian funk music every Wednesday which is why after dinner we walked inside to see if we could grab a drink and check it out, but when I asked an employee, she said it was just a vinyl record. Not sure if this was just for that night, or if I misunderstood, but I just felt like that didn't really make this place all *too* special in the end. For the price point, I'd only stick to this place for a drink or two and move on.

Outstanding cocktails and food. Their Caipirinha's are just like Brazil, not super sweet like most places around LA. You will not be disappointed ordering any of their skewers, Brazilian cheese bread, or prawn moqueca. Can't wait to go back.

Place is great, good atmosphere, good service just the entrées portion could be a bit larger. Unless they position themselves as a tapas bar (that case the entrée is too expensive)

Caipirinha 10/10 the best caipirinha I've ever had. The food has a high price for such small portions, and as I can tell maybe it is inspired by Brazilian food. The atmosphere is very beautiful and cozy, the staff are great and served us very well. A great place to have a few drinks.

I've had nossa on my list for awhile ago and came Friday night to try it out. the inside is separated with a bar area that's open till 12 and the restaurant that's open until 10. We sat in the restaurant for around 3 hours somehow just talking and eating all the food. our waitress was amazing as well and so helpful throughout the night. we walked over to the bar area after they closed and sat in there until closing getting a few drinks with some friends who joined us. my friend that came with me was from Brazil and she said the entire meal felt very homey to her! Which made me happy cause I recommended this spot lol. now for the food: the meats were cooked perfectly, the chimichurri was sooooo good, I wanted to dip everything in it. the bread and coquettes were delicious and we ended up getting another order of each! crudo was melt on your tongue fresh. the coconut rice and beans were also very good. mixing the chicken, rice, beans & chimichurri all on the plate made the perfect bite. an amazing spot that's worth checking out!
