I recently had the pleasure of visiting ubatuba. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and impressed by the vibrant atmosphere and colors. The staff was friendly and Norm who made my smoothie was very knowledgeable, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable!

My favorite Açaí place!! Small place big flavor, amazing customer service the employees are extremely attentive to detail. I would eat this everyday if I could. I haven’t seen any other açaí place with as many toppings as UbaTuba. A forever customer.

LIFE CHANGING AÇAÍ BOWLS!!! Whenever I go here, I feel so much more at peace and content. Not only is your body being nourished by the great array of base bowl options and toppings, so is your soul. The staff are so kind, it’s very clean, and there are plenty of vegan options along with gluten-free granola kept in a separate location if that’s something you need. I like that the bowls are a fixed price so you can go crazy with as many toppings as you want. No seating inside but there are tables on the sidewalk for you to sit (hopefully it’s a sunny day!). Go enjoy!!

This is the best Ubatuba to order from. They have more options when ordering through postmates or Uber eats and don’t charge 1.50 per topping. Definitely a good deal and the bowl is usually really good. Could have made it with a little more love the last time I ordered but was still good.Dietary restrictions: Nice that they had gluten free granola
I went in the other day with my fiancé, only for the rude old lady to disrespect us. As soon as my fiancé (black) and I walk in, the asian old lady starts to cover her nose all dramatic. The way she would respond to me while ordering, was also rude and ugly. She didn’t treat the white customers before us like that. Not only was she rude to us but also yelling at everyone else working in the damn store. This is my third time coming to this location, and I swear it’s always the same bitter, damn old lady. I’d rather visit another location, if I were you.
