A wonderful place with wonderful people! Here you will not find prices for coffee, and if this is your first time in this cafe, you will get coffee for free! Yes, without any money you will get a delicious drink prepared with love! If this is not your first time in this establishment, then you will be asked the question: “How much do you want to donate for coffee?” in other words, they brew coffee here for a donation! There is a fixed price for baked goods and it is $3.5. But! The size of the croissant you get for this money will make you think about going to the gym ? My favorite croissant is the chocolate one, followed by the almond one.If it was useful, please like it! And bon appetit

Trendy artsy volunteer cafe run by Jews for Jesus. Pay what you like for coffee. Cool model!

Cool concept as a donation cafe - didn’t feel pressured at all to pick a high vs low number for my drinks. Excellent service with genuine, friendly baristas and great cup of coffee - and loved the Banana Pecan Muffin. Didn’t stay in but the space was a good size to sit in and saw a few larger groups have meet-ups as well.

The coffee at Upside Down was excellent- i had the Cafe Hafookh and it was amazing. It had an exquisite sweet cinnamon finish with each sip. I did order it as a quad shot because i like a more bold coffee flavor- and it was so good! The service was great too- very friendly and hospitable. They actually even gave me my coffee for free the first time i was there- i appreciated that so much i came back and will return again whenever I'm in Westwood. I also love that they have ample areas to sit both inside and outside. The Hebrew mural on the wall is also really cool i love Upside Down!

I drive very far to go to UCLA oncology. Coming here for coffee brings we joy in my dreary visits. The specialty coffee are soooo good. The staff fill the cafe with an energy of love. I just wish the lines weren't so long since I have a tight schedule for my appointments.

This place is run by Jews for Jesus, so it's coffee with a side of evangelical Christianity. Buyer beware.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! the concept is so cool and the cappuccino I ordered was also really good. The idea that everything is a donation is really special and I've never encountered anything really like this place before. The baristas were exceptionally nice and warm which contributed to the atmosphere even more. I hope that I can come back here again once I'm in the area. I'd recommend everyone check this cafe out.

Delightful donation-based coffee shop located in Westwood. The staff and service here are the best, and they're always super friendly and accommodating. You'll usually see lots of students getting work done in the cafe, so it can be difficult to find a seat, so I'll always get a drink to-go. The coffee is pretty good, and I especially liked the Hojicha latte, but it seems it's been discontinued recently.
