Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

Food was amazing (per usual) as was the service. John was very friendly and helpful when our online order wouldn’t go through due to the late time. He was also very accommodating and generous with the changes we made to our order which we appreciated a lot. Will definitely be coming back!

Update: Alex was kind enough to reach out to me to fix everything. He kept his word and I received another 20 piece boneless wings. The size was much better compared to last time. The flavor was there and crispiness too, however it still lacked sauce. If they continue to serve like this I would highly recommend everyone to come here!

It’s inside of Ralph’s in case you’re trying to find it. To go kitchen only. The food was prepared on-time and they are open late (Midnight) based probably on proximity to UCLA campus. Had the chicken sandwich and loaded fries. ?
