The food was delicious and with being there for the first time the service was bad. They gave me shrimp shumai instead of pork one without me knowing how it looks like since it was my first time there and experience. And as all do, I ate it and btw I’m allergic to shrimp and so when I bit it, and realized that it tasted off, I spitted it out and notice it was shrimp. I went back to tell them to change my food cause they gave me the wrong one but nicely since it was their mistake. The lady that handed it back to me with my right order said in a rude tone, “make sure to check it before u eat it” like how would I even know which is which because where I’m from the shrimp shumai looks different. Like they didn’t have to be rude about it.

Adding the items in that I bought it would've been 9.80 with out tax but they charged me 22.50 with tax. It doesn't even make since it's my first time going there I'm so disappointed that they would scam people like that. ?

Chinatown was a 2nd choice to a blacked out date to Universal Studios. This place was our first stop, and it was good.Dumplings were tasty. BBQ pork bun was baked to perfection. Has a slight buttery taste to it and it was good. The desert bread was very good as well.My small (3) family, shared the chicken chow me in and a bountiful amount of sides. We didn't spend a lot but we got great flavor out of all the food. Awkwardly I really liked the basic tea they put out at the table. I'm weird.This is a must go.

Updated menu prices in photos. This is like Won Kok in SF except the dumplings are a little smaller. The service is slow, and the separate line for dim sum can be long. I two containers of dim sum for $20, and tried the ye wonton, which was very Americanized.Parking: Tiny lot in front of restaurant, and metered parking on the street.

I ordered thru the window then eat inside it was delicious my son wanted some more dim sum so we went back outside to order more and the other lady that was there 3/18/24 1pm was so rude :( please don’t be so rude she even gave me the old ones that are dried up ! And refused to give me chili oil :( the atmosphere inside is weird narrow and not so clean I guess my overall experience you get good food but bad rude service :(
