Terrible service. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and enjoyed the food. However, today, spending over $400 on food, I experienced the worst service. The servers never come to our table near the entrance. I had to go up and ask for the order, bill, but they didn't come, and I had to go to find server and ask again and again and again! for all the services, but still they never came even after my asks. It felt like they were intentionally providing us with the worst possible service. I can not belive I should pay for 20% tips with this terrible service.

Great ambiance at this restaurant! It’s a nice surprise to find this on the second floor of Madang Courtyard. The food, although good, is a little pricey for what you get. Even the lunch bento doesn’t feel like a great value. Wasn’t particularly impressed by the service. Overall an okay experience.

What an amazing find! We were coming to the Wiltern for a show and were looking for a sushi place close by. This place is right across the street. EXCELLENT, high quality, authentic sushi. Fish is VERY fresh. The taste of everything is unique. You will not have similar sushi anywhere else. The service was very fast and they really treated us fabulously. Will try to come back when in town.

I go to a ROCKN SUSHI out in Gardena on Redondo and OMG Best SUSHI EVER so I figured hey same name same food but here The Rolls were So tiny as if I ordered them from the Kids Menu , the Salmon on the rolls I ordered were so over cooked that not only did I burn the roof of my mouth but the salmon pieces were so skinny it was A SHAME . I paid good money for full stuffed rolls and they brought me rolls weren’t even half the size I expected . I was SO disappointed. . I paid $17-$19 for each of the rolls I ordered and I was brought back something that looked like $7-$10 worth . Small plates so you’re still hungry and you order more . GO TO ROCK SUSHI IN GARDENA PEOPLE . TRUST ME !! FULL BIG ROLLS !!

So I first stumbled across this spot last year when I was shopping in MaDang Plaza with a friend and we decided to eat lunch here on a whim. With so many sushi spots in/around ktown, the food here really left an impression on me. I would consider this spot a hidden gem! I came here recently on a Saturday night at 8pm for dinner, and there was no wait. I wanted to take my friend here who is just starting to dabble into eating sushi because I remember they had a huge variety of good rolls here which is great for beginners. She was apprehensive about having raw fish but the fish here is great quality and she thoroughly enjoyed everything we had! I would skip the pork xlb, was a bit mushy and lacked soup and flavor. All the other appetizers are great though such as the tataki. I will be back to try the sashimi, all the fish seemed really fresh!
