Came here on a cold and rainy day to try out their hot drinks, and I ended up ordering the warm Sweet Taro Sago latte, and it absolutely did not disappoint!I got it with soy milk (which they charge $0.75 extra if you want soy or oat milk) but this made it lighter and less creamy than their recommended whole milk. But still, the amount of fresh taro they put in, along with their sago was perfect and having adjusted the sweetness level to 70% was perfect so it wasn’t overwhelming. The drink also did not come out, steaming hot, and in fact, it was warm and ready to be enjoyed.Inside there was one working ordering station, but you can always order at the counter, and the staff was friendly. Credit Card is accepted in contactless way, and the drinks did not take too long to come out. Although I will say that it wasn’t so busy when I arrived.I loved that the inside was nice and warm. They had a few 4 seaters anda small 2 person table; and the tables were clean. They have a parking lot which is free for pick up of drinks and food, otherwise you could park on the street.Their restroom is a single private space booth any gender and it was clean.Overall - I’m definitely returning for their warm Sweet Taro Sago latte!

I have been here way too many times. I usually crave a fruit tea during the summer and would come here at least 1-3 times a week. It's clean, small/cozy indoor seating, friendly customer service, valet (free if you're just picking up), metered street parking, and 2-3 self-ordering kiosk (sometimes one of the kiosk isn't working). You must try/order the egg pancakes. They take time to make but worth the wait! Eat them warm, so yummy. I want some right now...

I love your teas but service is not i would give -1 star if i could. I called them and ask them nicely is that possible to add on pancake for my delivery order I’ll pay extra but the girl that picked up the phone just say it’s impossible without telling me why? Is this how they speak with customer that pay for the service? So

Yifang is a great spot for more authentic boba drinks. Their boba is fresh and perfectly crafted, and their drinks are great! My personal favorite is the Brown Sugar Oolong Tea Latte or the Matcha Latte, but most of the friends I go with prefer the Fruit Teas (which are also super tasty). I can't say much about the food since I have never tried the pancake but the menu is well laid out and everything looks superb.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy-free options for drinks!Parking: There is a parking lot in the back where you can park for about 10 mins when picking up to go orders. It is a valet lot in the evening for the restaurants nearby but the valet will let you use the lot for 10 mins if needed and will keep your keys for you. If you are hoping to sit inside, street parking is your best bet, especially at the meters on 6th Street and Harvard Ave.

Waited half an hour, and had to ask a few times for our order, super unorganized

Yi Fang is just taking over as everyone's favorite boba shop, and with good reason too. You'd be hard pressed to find a boba shop that does milk teas AND fruit teas well (and without overcharging an arm and leg for it too).So yeah, get a traditional oolong milk tea or a YiFang fruit tea or a mango pomelo sago slush, it's all going to be delicious. This spot's a little cramped and you order on an ipad. Everything comes out fairly quick though. Parking can be found in the valet lot for $4 or you can try your luck with street parking. Either way, for Yi Fang, it's worth it (or as an after dinner treat after Aghassi Gopchang or something).
