Israel went above and beyond and I had a great experience at yogurtland in santa monica!

It is 7:42pm and the location is closed. What is the point of being located in a mall and not be operating.

Tastes great just like every other Yogurtland, but this location is insanely overpriced. Barely filled the small cup halfway and it was $14. RIP

I was shocked! It's completely overpriced whereas if I got this same Yogurtland ice cream in the suburbs, I can get it for $6. Plus I would have the chance to pick my own toppings.

The reviews here are completely valid. This yogurtland is way worse than other ones. They have a limited number of yogurt flavors. You cannot put your own toppings on. Some toppings like Oreo the girl barely put any on, I had to ask her 3x to put a normal amount. Other toppings she put a bunch on. They're also missing many toppings like graham cracker, marshmallows, whip cream. Also you can't get a paper receipt here. Even worse, the price mark up is crazy. Normally my order is $6 and here it was $10. Go somewhere else.

The prices are insane here and you won't know until it hits the scale. Get your yogurt fix somewhere else. I was shocked at how much I paid for so little.

Posted hours say open until 10PM, walked up at 8:30PM (12/17/23) and the shop was closed.

My family is life-long fans of froyo. And my kids especially love Yogurtland. While we have never encountered any issue with other locations, this particular Yogurtland located inside the Century City Mall will leave you shocked once asked to pay. Expect sticker shock!!!We were charged $40 for three small cups (appropriate for three kids), which is 2-3x higher than what we typically pay at any other Yogurtland. Also, interestingly, the weight from scale is not shown to customers.

Just writing to make people aware of the pricing at this location. Perhaps because the store is in a touristy part of Santa Monica. Granted, I filled the cup about halfway with yogurt and then added toppings, but the price was over $18.00! That is ridiculous.

If it was possible to give this place a 0 star or even a negative star rating I would. I had went today with some friends to the mall and stopped to get a cup of frozen yogurt. I picked the smallest size and got maybe 8 ounces of yogurt and only 3 toppings (strawberries, gummy worms and fruity pebbles). I was shocked when my total came out to $27.17, when i confronted the workers about the pricing they did not care to explain. Horrible experience, overall and limited selection.

Awfully expensive experience, 2 cups of yogurt on the lower side in terms of quantity and toppings totalled to $20My normal location charges 0.62 per ounce, this place does some different system that charges per "size". I wouldnt give them any more money to encourage these practices. I just knew after getting the total that on google maps the reviews would be low and without surprise they are.I love frozen yogurt but this experience was easily the worst. Options are low due to it being a smaller location as well which is fine for me but might not be for others. The price though, truly terrible even if you could afford it I wouldnt go there.

Lol I wish I read the reviews. I was in desperate need for a pick me up so I just stopped here and got some yogurt. It was $17!!!!!!! I swear I got the same amount last month for $7. Idk what's happening here but it's something really weird! The people working were so inattentive and literally could care less about you and they were also closed when I came the following week. Don't know how they stay open? Maybe by ripping you off. The price gouging here is unreal!

Omg! Really Why is it so overpriced? This is what I call reverse discrimination. Yes the majority of us can afford to live in Century city or affluent neighborhoods - but why over charge. I ended up paying $40.00 for 2 cups of yoghurt with the same toppings where at another yoghurt land the cost was 1/2 the price. Shame, Shame!
