The girl who helped us made a face when we asked her for something the place was offering. This is not common to happen in this place, they are usually very attentive

Google says they close at 10. Got here at 9:25 and they're closed. Their sign on the door says 9:30. So that's messed up. Fix your times online.

I had a bad experience with the hot fudge being out and the server did not seem to really care. I posted a negative post and the manager reached out. This means a lot. A business will stumble but good management responds to reviews and corrects things. I have changed my review to a 5 based on really liking the place and let the bad experience pass. Thank you.

Even post covid they don't let you put your own toppings. It's soooo annoying. Avoid unless you hate toppings

WOW! What an ultra disappointing experience at Yogurt Land. I mentioned that I had food allergies and the last time I ordered yogurt it turned into soupe the woman kept arguing with herself because she didn't create any resolve and I will never step back in this location ever. I've since picked up ice cream from my Ultra dependable understanding and Ultramazing! Grocery AMAZON

I don't really write reviews but I was compelled today. As I was driving around the very VERY busy streets of LA, I felt a tingle. A need. A desire for relief... I had to use the bathroom.Like a mirage in the dessert (it was 98 degrees out today ) Yogurtland was there. I pulled up to the parking lot and wobbled myself to the front door.As I walked in, I saw families, friends and a loner all enjoying some yogurt. Not one cup looked alike -- there was fruit, chocolate, boba, cookies, kiwis and omg I can go on forever!I was greeted by Jesse - a tall and handsome employee with the friendliest demeanor."Welcome to Yogurtland!"I walk up to him"Are you here for a pick up?" Jesse asks."I'm here for a drop off actually. Where is your bathroom?" I cried desperately. Then Jesse, a man on a mission, walks around the counter and very gracefully opens the bathroom door with a smile!I smiled too. I damn near started laughing... Finally relief! I do my thing, wash up and leave the bathroom. I grab a cup and filled it to the brim with Vanilla flavored yogurt. I walk up to the topping bar and hand my cup over to Jesse."I want chocolate chips!" Jesse then grabs the scooper and delivers the perfect amount of chocolate chips. He looks up and asks "anything else?""No thank you." I tell him and he places my cup on the scale. I paid and tipped. I said good bye to Jesse and said goodbye to the loner.Five minutes later and I am here - parked, idling with the AC on and enjoying my delicious cup of happiness while writing up a review, not for Yogurtland, but for Jesse and the rest of the staff that keep this location clean, cool, and friendly.tldr - yogurt, toppings, Jesse and relief.

There could've had more employees working. Only one girl with a decently long line and she didn't seem happy, maybe a little nervous about the long line. There was something apprehensive about her. After she rung me up, I wanted my receipt but she ran out of paper and took her sweet time adding more paper. I was ready to go so I said forget it but although .67 an ounce, I felt like I was over charged. My cup had very little compared to my granddaughter. Hers was half full of the smaller size cup and mine barely had anything. It was $14.33 Then miraculously she ran out of receipt paper so should've questioned the price. I'll watch more closely if there's a next time. It's not about the money, just simply, was I cheated?

Loved the TMNT flavors and pop up. Wonderful customer service and ambience. Ample parking lot.
