So I've been coming to this yoshinoya for many years and it has yet to let me down. They made many changes throughout the years but I stay with the classics the original beef and the teriyaki chicken I know they are good and I do not want to be let down trying anything else. I went late night looking for some clam chowder which I really enjoy but unfortunately they were out which seems like a common thing because the last three times I went they were out of it. So all I can say about the combo xl is that it was packed to the top with both chicken and beef possibly the most I've ever gotten. The flavor has not changed always so good. What I did try this time was the Thai tea which I'm always a fan of in many places but yoshinoya does not make a good one at all. It does not taste like Thai tea and the boba was not good at all. The service was not the best I was helped out in the drive thru and everything was going well until I feel like I was forgotten at the window. I waited a good 8 mins and the cashier was nowhere to be found I had already been charged so I wasn't leaving without my food. besides getting forgotten and the tea being bad my food was not a let down

Delayed my order by over 40 min and turns out they gave my order to someone else . I ordered a combo xl and they gave me a combo with the wrong meats. They gave me an extra salad for the whole inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Overall a bad experience. Food tastes like it's from a trash can. Very low quality for very high price. Brydon and Magda refused to honor coupons presented to them. At 2:58 pm on Wednesday February 27, 2024. It's very obvious that the owners of this restaurant would never eat here. The food is of junk. Can't even eat it it's so gross. .bathroom is disgusting too

Got to say service today at Yoshinoya was top-notch lady took my order without a problem. Order came out quickly asked me if I wanted my condiments help me with that as well. The place is clean. Good job Yoshinoya.

I ordered two plates . Used a coupon , thinking I'm getting a good deal . When I get home I realized they gave me half the meat portion . I get it times are tough , but you have to serve what's on the ordering board !! Looks like I already ate from the plate . I would have been upset if I didn't use a coupon .

Good food, but terrible service. It's rare that they get my order correct. It's like they don't care. I repeated myself a couple of times and still they get the order wrong. Then they get upset as if it's my fault. Very rude. The manager wasn't helpful as she didn't even want to address the issue. Disappointed because my son likes the food, but the service is the worse. I wouldn't be writing this if it was just one bad experience, but it's one after another.

This was my first time at a Yoshinoya, I was unimpressed. The Gyudon Beef smelled like butt, the rice was ok, and the service was sub-par. I will NOT be returning. YUK!!!

I have been going to this location for years, and there is a high employee turnout. Means the place has issue with maintaining and retaining their employees.Or the employees are not doing their tasks as required.Many times, the restaurant is understaffed, and the employees are overwhelmed with customers' orders and demands.It could be a stressful work environment for employees.Lately, in the last year, I have never been asked if I want condiments, I have to request my condiments.When I ask for more of certain condiments, the employees ? look upset with an attitude.When I pick up, employees never say thank you. When i say thank you to the employees, never respond with gratitude always turn their face away from you.The quantity measurements are always different, sometimes fair and enough, and sometimes less than what it should be.Because they scramble orders, no enough time to serve the clients. And the cook changes very frequently.Generally, it is higher quality than the location at Pico Blvd and San Vicente.Needs some consistency and employee training and supervision.Above all, they need enough people working inside.
