Today, April 28th 2024 right around 5:30 pm I had my worst experience ever with one of the ruddiest Starbucks employee ever! Lia was very rude toward me and my wife when I asked for my birthday drink and was giving me a bad attitude as I was begging for something. I’ve been a customer of Starbucks for many years and my annual birthday drink was part of my birthday routine. After this experience, we will have to stop our daily drinks from Starbucks for both my wife and I and find an alternative. I’ve spent so much money with Starbucks for many years to be treated this way. Thank you Lia for providing such a terrible customer experience.

They don't get orders right! Focused on speed instead of accurateness! A lot of Starbuck seem to have this problem.. they are going so fast that they don't get the order correct! .. they need to slow down and get it right the first time!!

The guy working here is kind of an a$$. Rude. Go somewhere else if you can. There is another sbucks down the street less than a block away.

Pretty clean Starbucks located right off the freeway. It's a nice working space and there were a couple people just chilling or working. Plenty of parking in the lot. The only downside was that my drink was 75% ice. The Strawberry Acai Refresher is one of my favorite Starbucks drinks. I ordered it in a grande, but I finished it in like 15 minutes because they filled it up with ice. Make sure you order your iced drinks with less ice!

I lived a block away from here. I don't go to Starbucks as much as I used to since they got so involved with politics on one side or the other, but I do hit it up from time to time and I have to say this place makes a mean Frappuccino. It's a little weird there is two of them so close together, but this happens the only place in the area that has done this. I guess people can't walk a few feet to get their go juice.

A person who worked at this Starbucks name “Ruby” she is extremely inpatient and rude. I was there for my birthday reward and she was super cold. I couldn’t find my reward barcode from my app and asked her for help, she just kept saying” barcode, barcode, otherwise how can I scan it?” Man, I’m trying to find it and you just being so rude and cold, not being helpful at all for Starbucks customer. This is how you treat your valued customer? Bad experience ever!

The staff was super sweet and my drinks for me very quickly. For Covid you can order inside and they'll bring you a drink outside to you. The ordering desk is set up right by the door so you can't really walk in very far, but it gets the job done. Easy in and out!

I used to complain about how dirty the floors are and it seems they are doing their best. I do think it is the customer's fault, why on earth you make it dirty anyway, people are selfish, but anyway, I do enjoy the stay there near the window. Good job, please keep it clean (customers!).

What a great Starbucks! It's in a nice location and the baristas are so nice. My drinks are always made perfectly and quickly. This is by far the best place to get coffee in Los Gatos!
