I’m actually shocked. We ordered this meal through Uber Eats was TWENTY dollars and received this- a handful of lettuce, spoonful of rice and the ingredients that were ordered were missing. This is a steak and potato bowl- where are the potatoes? Lol this was the worst false advertising I’ve experienced.

Service was so slow. It took 30 minutes to get two small bowls. Bowls were okay, but not worth the wait. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I would give this zero stars if I could. It took over 30 minutes to get our order that was so overpriced. The staff is in the back, there's no one at the front. It's not worth the aggravation or time.

I ordered from door dash so I can only a speak on behalf of the food.I for the chimichurri steak wrap, taste wise it's not bad. The leaner options at this place are all right, I do want to try the drinks another time

Unhygienic. Unprofessional service.- the staff kept touching hair frequently. Yuck.- juice was half filled for the price of large. Why?Took 20 mins to juice, unsure why — when there was literally no one at the bar.

ordered an island bowl and it came out as frozen chunks of ice instead of smoothie. not to mention said chunks of ice didn’t even taste good. i gathered my courage to ask if it was supposed to be like that, and the man said yes bc it came scooped out of an ice cream container. not only was that a waste of my money, i had to face demons to go up and ask the employee. i’ve had friends order the same thing and it did NOT have that consistency.

Just had to wait 50 minutes for a bowl. Guy at the register just keeps telling us "we had a lot of orders come in at once". Bro - there's 5 people in the store, 4 employees working, and we've seen orders coming out at random. Some people in and out in 5 minutes. Other people waiting 30 minutes plus. Ridiculous service. Don't come here unless you want to spend your whole day waiting for an average smoothie at best.
The new owner is super nice. First they made me a custom smoothie that wasn't on the menu. I dropped my whole smoothie after one sip and made a huge mess everywhere (embarrassing). I offered to help cleaning but they refused and insisted on cleaning themselves. On top they made me a brand new full size smoothie and refused to charge me again no matter how much I insisted. That is super customer service!! Plus the smoothie was amazing tasting. Thanks!!

gave non-gluten free granola to us. terrible service and poorly managed. took forever and our bowls were melted by the time they got to us. love the other location in cupertino. (just dont go to this one if you care about them getting your order correct)

absolutely terrible service. a bunch of teenagers that are loud and obnoxious. they messed up my order and i had to wait 30 minutes to get it. once i got it it was melted. they were clearly all talking and screaming in the back of the store and ignoring customers. terrible experience. if you want vitality bowls go to the cupertino location!

I would leave no stars if I could. The app is horrible. They take forever to make the food. It is rarely ready if I order online by the time I get there. And they have gotten my order very wrong several times.

Finally someone came and Apparently there was a medical emergency and the fire department came. I was sitting there just waiting around. No apologies from the staff- not sure what's going on in the back. Won't be returning
