“A surprisingly solid Indian spot off the 5. We stopped to get gas here because the lines were waaaaay shorter than when we turned the opposite way off the 5. Not sure why nobody was at this gas station; the prices were comparable to the pilot and loves. Anyway turns out their food truck is surprisingly good. They have a full Indian menu. We ordered at the gas station counter and got the chicken tikka and garlic naan. It's similar to what we have gotten in LA. Definitely not as good as the Bay, but solid. Also their spicy is very spicy. We got the medium but the flavor was probably what spicy would be at most other spots. I've grown up eating this so just be careful. And the gas station also has some Indian mini mart type of items, like cake rusk. There were also some tables out front to eat. And the bathrooms were clean as well. We'll definitely stop here again on making the drive.“
“Lovely folks whom ever was inside prepping and cooking. Gentlemen inside remembered us even though it's only our second time here. Had the lamb korma, rice and both breads. It was seriously perfect. ....the price is juuuuuuuust a little more than I would hope bit it's not going to stop us from coming here. They are definitely a mandatory stop for our fuel and food on this portion of the 5.“
