“I don’t think I’ve had a better tasting grilled cheese sandwich ever. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and my only regret is, I don’t live close enough to enjoy it more often. But I highly recommend this restaurant.”
“This place was great all the way around. Excellent food & drinks. Friendly staff. Quick service. Would highly recommend. We got a pupusa, fajitas and a chimichanga with drinks to boot. Great spot to stop while exploring the Clear Lake area.”
“I am so glad this place is still open after so many Foster's have closed. I always stop here on my way up north. Friendly service and the burgers are still great.”
“BEST THAI FOOD I’VE HAD. We’ve been going here for years and have never been disappointed. We’ve probably ordered almost everything on the menu. I love their Tom Kha, my go to order. They also have the best Pad Thai we’ve had, perfect. They have delicious thick curries, and their teriyaki is never too overpowering. If you have a sweet tooth, then the iced tea is perfect. Our favorite dessert is the mango sticky rice, it is delectable. It’s also vegan (I know it’s hard for you guys to get dessert at restaurants sometimes.) We have dined in and taken out multiple times, 10/10 highly recommend going!”
“Lovely and cozy wine bar in Lakeport, CA! Scott and Cinnamon are wonderful hosts. Scott recommended a fabulous Petit Syrah from a local boutique winery. The flatbread pizza was amazing. Ambience was cozy and homey. We had an absolutely great time even though we lost the Thursday Night Trivia game!”
“Neat spot for lunch. Not many choices for good food on Highway 20 between the 101 and Williams. I would give it a 5 were it not for the atmosphere. The sandwich was tasty. The soup was also very good.”
“Was charging an EV at the nearby free charger and happened to stumble on this establishment. I was quite pleasantly surprised by all aspects, the building was clean and modern, service was great and of course last but not least the chicken burrito I had was quite good and at a very reasonable price.Parking: Nearby free EV charger”
“NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL, and I've literally been going for YEARS. 11/10 food, service, and you will NEVER have a bad meal... Artis is the longest open restaurant in that building since I believe it was Bite Me Burger in the '90s!! They even survived Covid and THAT speaks volumes in their location, and our community. 100% Worth Going!”
“Everytime I go it's a pleasant experience! Awesome staff, homey atmosphere, have to wait a little for your food, but it's part of the experience. Sandwichs are always tasty and the pastries are an experience. Highly recommend the twix mocha!”
“Just a good home-town place for a VERY filling meal that’s been family-run for as long as we can remember. You might starve yourself the day before as they serve huge plates of just solid food.Try things like the Junction Jackpot or one of the omelettes. Gooooood eating!”
“Best coffee I'm town ?Sandwiches ? are a some they usually have breads available with no hiccups ?You would be doing yourself a disservice by not stopping by base on the outside of the building ?Also if you have kids they have toys for good distraction wile you order your breakfast ?”
“Literally the best restaurant we have ever been to. The food is incredible and the waiters and customer service is over the top! Highly highly recommend to anyone!”
“Best donuts & coffee drinks in LC. Lots of choices to choose from.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here..all the yummy enticing donuts.. and they have a claw machine everybody loves”
“Love all the food I've tried so far. I love their Mediterranean menu as I moved here from Sonoma county and miss Mediterranean food. I also love their sandwiches and salads.”
“Loved this little place. Good beer, good vibes, and wonderful people. Both the bartenders and the locals at the bar were as friendly as they could be. I have bookmarked this place and will definitely return on my visit to Kelseyville.”
“Great hospitality and great food! The server knows everyone who walks in the door (or he tried to make them feel comfortable by striking up a conversation), and he was very thoughtful. I ordered a margarita (not gonna lie, I have a low tolerance), and he held off on giving me my check for almost 10-15 minutes so I didn’t automatically get behind the wheel. The food was piping hot and tasty! I thought it had lots of flavor and it was very authentic. It seemed a little dead though, not sure if they have speakers for music, but I think that would be a nice touch.”
“The coffee here is excellent. I wanted a sugar free foo foo coffee drink so I ordered one, drank it and my blood sugar levels went through the roof. When I went back to inform the staff told me that there is sugar in the base so don't fool yourself into thinking that the sugar free coffees are okay if you're diabetic but if you are not, GO! This place makes great coffee, cappuccino, espresso and foo foo coffee. I won't be back but it's not because the coffee isn't good, it's because I know what I like and want but it's a no no for me. Shucks!!Did I mention the salads? This place has great salads and they're very reasonably priced. I couldn't give it less than 5 stars as that wouldn't be fair. It just doesn't work for me. Who knows ... maybe some day! lol Good Coffee House.”
“I have some pretty high standards for coffee, I think I get spoiled in the city. I'm giving common grounds 5 stars for their ambiance and service, the coffee is decent and basic. I love making the special drive to get two lattes and bagels with cream cheese. The coffee shop has a great smell and down to earth feel.”
“Great pastries, sandwiches, and bagels. Awesome coffee, infusion, and blended drinks. Great location to meet with friends. Most importantly, this business supports the community and should be celebrated.”
“The atmosphere is incredible, family friendly, tons of events and great at building up the community. Joaquin is a pillar of the community and is one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back, of all our winery memberships we feel the most comfortable here. Thank you for giving us a great place for family and friends. Christina and Courtney your service has been amazing when we are here for Toasty Thursdays.”
“I have now been to all three of the Pogo's Pizza restaurants. Far and away, the Pogo's on Main Street in downtown Kelseyville is my favorite. I always order the Combination and I've yet to be let down. The service is friendly and better than one would expect at a pizza parlor. Sometimes it can take a while (especially holidays and weekends and football nights and lunch and ... just have some patience, enjoy visiting with the people and don't be in a rush ... it's definitely worth the wait. Also, there is plenty of convenient outdoor seating if you're into al fresco dining. If you're in a hurry? Call ahead. This is the best consistently great pizza in Lake County!P.S. I'll be back :)”
“Always a fun time! Me and my friend accidentally left a jacket and a purse there the other night and the owner had them safely locked away when we came to ask for them the next day!”
“Great place for a meeting. I have ordered pizza for pick-up and for dine in.Vegetarian options: I have ordered and enjoyed the garden pizza as well as the cheese pizza. I have dined with a companion who ordered a vegetarian salad.”
“I hardly post a review but I got to for this bakery. First of all let me preface with I thought that bouchon in Yountville had the best parties but let's just say Danaes has then beat by a mile. Honestly the quality of these pastries, though pricey, is superb. This bakery could easily be in the Napa valley and it's hidden here in lake county. I just bought today as I do anytime I can stop by and their berry tarts are amazing. You can taste the fresh berries and the texture on the tart. The apple tart is just as good. I tried a cake she described as kind of like a pound cake. I can only describe it as the richest flavor that melted in my mouth. When I hold it it feels heavy in my hand. So buttery and good. Their danishes are top flavor too. I tried the banana muffin and it's good but it could be a little more moist to make it perfect. Also the eclairs? are okish some work needed to prefect that. . But overall 90% of the pastries are 5 star and I try one of each every time I stop by. Honestly I may risk becoming diabetic just to have more of Danaes pastries. P.s. only thing I wish is they were open more days of the week”
“Wonderful little market and restaurant, one block off the beaten path. Food was soooo, good, nice size portions, nice plate presentation, good service. Prices are decent for the quality and quantity.”
“You got to try there Jalapeño and Cheese Bagel, cinnamon pecan sweet Roll. They have a Regular coffee I topped off with half n half. It has tables you can sit down and hang out with Friends”
“I had the pleasure of visiting Andre's Lounge once back in December. It was cold and dreary outside, but warm and cozy inside of Andre's. The space feels so hip that I felt like I was in a little jazz club in San Francisco instead of in Lake County. The setting is intimate and everyone in attendance was friendly and having a wonderful time. I need to get back over there soon!”
“They have a variety of dishes and they're all so good. We ordered sushi rolls, burger sliders, and clam chowder. All were delicious. The ambience is pretty cool..”
“I got the burrito supreme with Carne Asada. It was massive. Fully loaded with all the goods, guac/sour cream. Could barely finish. Wife got the carnitas torta. Excellent bread, excellent sandwich. Was huge as well. She couldn't even finish it. We are from down South but will definitely come back when we are back in the Lakeport area.”
“Such a warm and beautiful couple who run this little cafe. We loved our breakfast and meeting Alex and Eden. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend making a visit !!!!!Vegetarian options: My husband had the grilled vegetarian sandwich, very nice. He got quiet for a while there, always a good sign that he is enjoying what he is eating!!!Dietary restrictions: They catered for gluten free and vegan milk”
