I can't make this up. I made a trip today since my pregnant sister insisted she was craving this and they were closed due to the "weather"! Really? Why don't they respect their business hours? I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND. Horrible!

These paletas are amazing. They are the perfect treat on a hot day. I especially love the fruit flavors. Current favorites are mango and watermelon. The paletas are bigger than most popsicles and seem to be made with cane sugar so they aren't overwhelmingly sweet. If you're a fruit lover this is the perfect treat.

What a shame- we have seen big lines at this establishment and we finally decided to give it a try. My one star is due to horrible service- like I said first time here, bought about 5 ice cream scoops and one paleta. We were never greeted, employee just said next and took out order. I had questions in regards to flavors for the paletas. She wasn't very helpful, her responses were very short. Insinuating I hurry up, felt in a rush to pick what I wanted. As we were paying, my mother in law asked if I wanted to try strawberry from her cup. I said that doesn't look like strawberry it looks like blueberry cheesecake. She had ate one spoonful ( plastic spoon they give you) she asked the employee, excuse me I wanted strawberry but this is blueberry cheesecake. The employee already charging us said " Well next time you tell me before you eat it all" we said excuse me- she had one maybe two spoon fulls. How is that eating it all- it still looked like a complete scoop! She said we should have paid attention to the flavor when she served it! My husband was upset, as we all were that the employee would be so rude. If we ask for a flavor she should pay attention to our order- we were first time customers. My mother in law didn't even notice it wasn't what she asked for until I told her, it's not her fault. The employee said well do you still want the other flavor - I guess I'll change it for this time. She scooped off the blueberry cheesecake off all mad and served the strawberry scoop. When I asked her name she she's the person in charge. I was even more shook that the person in charge would have this behavior and awful customer service. I would love to comeback for the good flavor of ice cream and paletas but unfortunately I will not come back or recommend due to this experience and employee. I really hope she changes her behavior before she pushes more customers away.

While visiting LA, last Sunday, I went to Snow Factory only to find it closed. It was 11:00 the place opens at 10:00am. There was no sign saying it is not opened on Sundays. Very disappointed.

Quality ingredients are used resulting in delicious and mouth watering paletas. So many great flavors but I must say my all time favorite has to be Cookies and Cream paleta. It is creamy perfection with just the perfect balance of cookies and cream. Just be warned, on a hot day you have to get there early as the paletas get bought up by the dozen. I also had the pleasure of trying some new flavors during an event where they donated paletas to a great cause. They definitely have my business.

On my visit I had a good experience. The black soft served ice cream is nothing special except that its black. It's good, delicious and very cooling. The baked fishies are ok. The shaved ice is ok. Yes very creative but ok..before you know it it's gone and when you see what you paid you say Huh? Cause it is pricey in my opinion and even though you have a rewards card what you're to spend to fill it up might be in question.dont get me wrong, I enjoyed it..it was good but if were gonna compare to let's say a raspado..maybe I prefer that even though it's just thicker tap water dirty ice and flavored sugary syrup but for the price of ice which is just frozen water says alot. The location for this place does not fit in plaza mexico..it doesn't belong here ..I say it's a mall kind of place that would hit big.. it's also hidden on the 2nd floor . Service is good. They look grateful you gave them business..I'm still going to give them 4 even though i see it as a 3.89 star place..its alot of money for creative frozen water ..wrong location and not enough variety..but if you're gonna try it for once in your life..the go for it

I don't appreciate your reply Carlos, s*** is a word that best describes your employees attitude and apparently yours as well. You should of been apologizing and checking your employees instead of my choice of words. An off day serving paletas? LMAO, it's not like it's a stressful job serving ice cream guy. I've been there several times, the two that I described were my personal encounters with her. The other times I saw her no smile attitude face I was outside as my girl bought the ice cream and let me tell you from what I saw not a single smile which usually translates into an overall bad attitude but I didn't bother mentioning those cause I didn't receive the full experience. The first time I went where she was actually nice was early so maybe that's why who knows but it shouldn't be a guessing game as to when to catch her. The second time she just had a complete s*** attitude and barked back about not having a flavor that I asked for. As if I was a bother and should of known that, haha I'm looking at the menu board not at the actual freezer. She looks bothered if someone takes their time trying to decide what to buy lol. Sorry to waste her time I guess. Check yourself and your employees buddy not the customer for speaking the truth

So it happened it finally happened a place made me come back to tell and add a review after an eternity of not leaving any reviews.... Dear God what can I say... The fat boy in me rejoiced I'll be honest I walked in and was like I need everything I got a corn dog and it was amazing I ate 2 of them... They were so good it may have ruined normal corn dogs for the rest of my like XD a waffle instead of batter is sooo much better it's sweet and salty and he'll I didn't even add any ketchup.....or mustard but I hate mustard so take that as you like ..... I also had the black vanilla and it was also so good melted kinda fast but if you ask me that is kinda of a good thing.... Usually good ice cream isn't hard as a rock. It was so Good on the fish cone thing. Put bluntly i finally understood the "you scream the i scream we all scream for ice cream!!!" *Sigh* yet another cheesy review for the books.... Oh yeah btw the nice staff is just simply awesome and a cherry on top..... Pun intended!
