10/9/22 was inside the store waiting to order for 10 mins..none of the workers acknowledged us at all...they was to busy worrying about the drive thru.. and not the paying customers on the inside...like y'all don't see us here we want to order too..this the 2nd time that happen I just end up walking out... get some better workers in this store...very inconsiderate I see why y'all ain't never got no customers and only got 1 stars

Same fresh cooked, juices dripping, finger licking chicken and buttery bomb biscuits! We waited about five minutes. The store was clean and there weren't any homeless people in the lot.

Went to go pick up an online order. Their store hours say they are open till 10 pm but they don't. Their computer charged my account but no one was making my food.

Drive thru waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken? Waited another 15 minutes to make because she didn't ring up my order until I got to the window to let the cook know what to make? Then I get home, I got all dark meat and on top of it burned! Never again will I go there! ???

They burnt my chicken they didn't put my extra biscuit I purchased you just keep my money for that!! No napkins, no condiments!!

I can't believe how terrible this place is. Dtive thru is trash. Wait is trash. Don't come here. Go spend more money at Pollo Loco and be happy instead of coming here. How can you mess up such an easy job? Idk. I'll never come here again. First and last time.

I walk up to the restaurant and the manager said we our closed I said what time she said 7:30 I told her it 7:24 she said we have no more chicken I repeat to tell her that it's 7:25 and a employee was eating chicken and a customer was in the drive-n paying chicken The manager is a Latina short hair brown eyes she not a good manager for church chicken they let someone run that restaurant and not want $
