This place always keeps me coming back and that's because their atole de cajeta is simply amazing . I know usually when you think about atole most people stay away but this you have to give a try . Its sweet and it's really taste like something out of your regular drinks . They also have good pastries that you can have along with a coffee . I like this small cafe and they have breakfast available as well

The food here it's amazing, they make it right as you order so it can take a while but let me tell you it's worth it!! It's authentic Mexican food. I got the chilaquiles it come with an egg however u want it and a side of beans. To drink I got a cafe de olla and it was super good too a little to hot but still bomb. I will recommend going during the week days because the weekends are extra packed. Definitely coming back

Love it my family and I have been going there for years. The breakfast menu is simple but all of there breakfast are good my favorite is the chorizo and egg burrito with a cafe de la olla. They also have a great variety of drinks like atoles, coffees, and natural juices. Great service!

First time. Got a Champurrado. Delicioso. The staff very friendly and bilingual, it does have a restroom so anyone can use. Would come here again next time I'm in the area!

The coffee was good. I ordered a cajeta iced coffee. The thing with this coffee shop is that they are very slow and unorganized. It took too long to get my order and I was the only one in there. The cashier didnt know how to charge and no one wanted to help her out. I hope on busier days they know how to work as a group.

I got a chorizo burrito with beans cheese & extra cheese. There was hardly any beans in the whole burrito, it was a little greasy & almost no cheese. Everything else was fine.

No Negro Por Favor I went to this cafe today around 5pm. I usually go to Starbucks but wanted to try something different. I pass this place a lot but never went inside so I decided to give it a chance. I walked in and the place wasn't busy so I walked rite up to the register. I was gonna try a horchata cappuccino as the cashier was finishing up with the person in front of me. An older hispanic man walked rite in front of me. So I stepped back and looked at the cashier. I thought she would tell him that I was before him. NOPE she took his order and left my black a** just standing there. I then asked her why would you take his order when you watched him cutt rite in front of me. She said sorry... Uuuum ok so i took her pic for yelp purposes and her co-worker went to get Plaza Mexico security like they gone do sh!t. Top Flight security of the world Craig...gtfoh So if you black/african american dont go here as you will be mistreated with horrible customer service. They don't want black people there.
I ordered 4 churros with cajeta because that's medicine for sad weekend thoughts but that's another topic for another site. The churros were crispy on the outside but warm and gooey on the inside. The people who took my order were very kind and didn't seem to judge me on ordering more and more churros.

I will keep it short and simple. This place and their staff does not know have a single clue about the whole concept of "customer service." We walked in to get a dessert and we inquired about getting a churro, at first one lady mentioned that they did not have any and then she changed her story saying that they had churros but did not have the oil to fry them. Then my mom asked the same lady to give her a slice of chocoflan and instead of acknowledging her request she ignored her and she kept talking to her coworker. How freaking rude is that? Last time I checked the most important part of a restaurant is the "customer" and without them there's no business. So guess what? They just lost a few because I will spread the word on this. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Great little spot to have some hot or cold coffee, it's clean and cozy. I had the horchata latte, super delicious. The cafe de olla also a good one. Great service. Prices are reasonable, coffee taste better than Starbucks and not as pricey. A place to visit when coming to Plaza Mexico.
