Very bad service, the salad was spoiled and the chicken was only half cooked and instead of 6 bisquicks, only 3. I will not buy from that place again. You call by phone and they do not answer. Terrible food.

This place has rude staff. I ordered a meal for my son and just because I asked them to review my order, they gave me attitude and ended up with the wrong order instead. I'm never coming in this kfc again. They need to fire all there rude

Girl employees in the night never do their job and always tell people there's no food this is like the 5th time it happens. Also make people cancel their door dash orders because there's "no food"

This, by far was the best KFC locally that I ever visited. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and the service was expedient. I will never go back to the two locations closer to my home. I'd prefer to drive a few minutes further for quality A1 service. My dollars were well spent and appreciated at this location. The entire staff obviously love their jobs and it showed in the customer experience. ????????????GOOD JOB????????????????????KFC

DOUBLE CHARGED ME ON MY CARD TOTAL WAS $22.50Gave her $15 cash and got charged $12 on my card For the 22.50 totalPatience is key we were the only car in the drive through there's no need to rush you even repeatedly said drive to next window never handing back my receipt . There's cameras hopefully manager will believe customer with what happened with employee and she did count the money in front of my face

Came to the drive-thru with my husband and kids. Started ordering and the lady clearly got frustrated by my husband trying to get our kids the order "chicken tenders". She raised her voice and very rudely said its "OK NO ITS NOT CHICKEN TENDERS, ITS TENDERS!"... b*t*ch.. how does this business even allow someone so rude to work here. The audacity to be so rude and not even consider the fact that she's on speaker and even kids can hear her. Well... lesson to our kids and to us.. we don't have to put up with any rude service. We left. Not wasting our money here. Hope they learn to hire decent employees who won't get mad just because we are trying to order some chicken tenders... or what else are they if not chicken? Dog meat? Ridiculous.

I love KFC and always order from the one in Downey on Florence and only decided to come to this place because I was hungry and they were the only KFC open late .....I should have gone with my instinct since last time I came to this location the chicken tasted funny however I said maybe just maybe this time the chicken will be good and different cook or something but hell no the chicken was worst than last time and uncooked I am now really sick and have food poisoning or something never come here again

Worse KFC in the area of South Gate, Lynwood. That location never have chicken ready it's always it'll be 30 minutes till there's chicken. That location does not believe in being proactive at all. You would think if there's no chicken ready they would throw a batch to heat up, but they don't they wait till it's all empty. You know why they don't like serving at all. If they say they don't have chicken everyone would just leave, but if they did have chicken that would mean they would have to work you know that job they applied for. I don't even bother going in it's always the same to 15-30 minute wait. I'm glad there's one pop'n up on Firestone in front of South Gate High. Key word here is PROACTIVE or maybe management does not know how to be a leader.

Nice employees, they didn't have white meat ready so they communicated it would be a wait. We were ok waiting so they got us a fresh order and gave us extra pieces for the wait. The place also had nice pictures of the colonel.
