My order was placed to be picked up by a particular time. I arrived to pick up my order and they claimed that my order did not exist. The Manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Even after displaying my email confirmation and credit card charge, Manager denied the existence of my order. In the end, after much frustration, she claimed to have found it AS I WAS LEAVING. By this time, much time had passed and I had to leave to my next destination. There was no apology, no effort to make it right, only that if I wanted the order, I needed to wait almost 30 minutes to obtain my order again. That is why I placed the order online to ensure pick up at a certain time! I asked to be reimbursed and she refused claiming AGAIN that "she did not have my CONFIRMED order." therefore she could not reimburse. What?! I asked repeatedly for a reimbursement and she refused. I left with no chicken and am demanding an apology and reimbursement.

Customer service was good, but the chicken was lacking flavor and freshness. I've eaten here before and previously it's been good. Not sure if Popeyes went cheap with their quality.

Beautiful store. However as a native of New Orleans, Louisiana it saddened me to bring my sister to eat here prior to her departure going home. The chicken tenders weren’t even a tender it was the size of a pencil and the length of a thumb. It was cold as well. When we approached the counter, a refund was refused and we were told that the book provided extra pieces. Believe me you couldn’t tell. And have my sister a bigger tender.I can’t make this up. Then when I advised the on site manner who was cooking with her legs up on a table, could care less.I’m sorry I brought my sister to this establishment while reminiscing on our childhood.Shame on the staff and management.

Cashier was so stupid, he did not apply my discount even after I HANDED him the coupon. Had to go inside and talk to 3 different people just to get a side of fries as compensation. So, apparently its on you to remind the cashier you are using a coupon ??????.

Wish I could give it a negative star. The service was horrible in the drive thru and when we got to the window it got worst. The employees were mingling with the car in front of us. You can clearly hear it was a social interaction with someone they know about their "business" the conversation lasted a few minutes with them exchanging a personal bag back and forth. Finally after getting to the window I informed the employee of how I didn't appreciate the service and he didn't care at all. I ended up leaving with no food because I didn't feel comfortable with all the hand shaking and bag exchange while my food was supposed to be handled. I'm sure hands weren't being washed
