Went in the morning to get breakfast the cashier that was there the light skinned one with bright red lipstick, looking like she was at a bar, ignored me completely Instead of taking my order she was busy flirting with the 75 year old cook with glasses. I was there standing for 5-6 minutes I ended up leaving.Very rude I could tell cashier hates her job she’s just there for the 75 year old cook!! Maybe they’re married but still it doesn’t mean a customer needs to be ignored. Just saying primos lost $20+ with my order! Bye!!

I didn't eat in it was a drive through the food was good nothing to give it that dam that was excellent it was missing something but it was good I will have it again but it's not on the top of my list of go eat there again if u know what I meanParking: It's in a little shopping center but it has good amount of parking but no matter how far u park u will be. Able to see if car form inside the hamburger dineinKid-friendliness: Even through I was in the drive through there were adults walking in with children to eat insideWheelchair accessibility: Yes I saw a few parking space for the handicap persons who might want to go eat there

Scamming their customers if you pay with debit card. They don't mention debit transaction fee $1.64 and ATM fee $3. Because they are using personal ATM to withdraw cash from your bank and then giving you the difference. 100% sure the ATM is their way of making extra few bucks on the side.

I went to primo burgers on August 12th through the drive thru. I ordered a chicken dinner meal total around 16 dollars. I paid with my debit card. Which they said they will charge me 20 dollars on the card and give me around 4 dollars cash. Why do they do this I am not sure why they can't charge the exact amount on the card. I also charge like 1.69 dollars to use the card. On August 14 I noticed I was charged a 6 dollar fee for a non ATM withdrawal. I did not make any non ATM withdrawal. I called my bank and they said Primo Burgers had a ATM withdrawal charge. I explained that I did not use an ATM there, I ordered food through the drive through. Apparently Primo charged my meal amount as an ATM withdrawal. And gave me cash for the difference. I don't know how this is legal! Especially when I'm ordering food at the drive thru I did not expect it to be an ATM withdrawal transaction. Especially because I did not even touch or see an ATM machine at the transaction. I had to call my bank several times to explain and refund the non ATM fee. A very inconvenient and deceiving practice by the business. The 16 dollar meal ended up costing around 24 dollars after
I grew up around town and loved stopping by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was always welcoming and accommodating. Miss their homemade food.
