It clearly says they close at 12, I arrived at 11:40 and the lady said “sorry closed”. Then why not update your hours so people don’t waste their time driving here.

Not only over prized and messy. The cooks wear no gloves and I've seen them pick themselves while cooking. Disgusting. They all look mad and angry. They cashiers always have attitude and RBF, like ewe. That place is a -10 if u ask me. Not sure how they're still open. Will never go back.

My family and I visited this Tam'S location this Saturday in Long Beach while on a mini vacation. around 1:00 PM . Everybody raves about Tam'S . After ordering our food we noticed There was a homeless guy in the restaurant with an older lady that bought him food We were guessing . The homeless man ,obviously mentally ill man was spitting his food and throwing it all over the floor and walls . This is so disgusting, he was very dirty and unhinged . The employees did nothing about it when we told them . We lost our appetite and left . The same guy was begging at the drive thru and employees were waving at him like they know the guy and welcome him . What kind of place allows this !!!!!! The health department really should visit this location ! The dinniing area was not cleaned at all also ! Horrible horrible place ! We would not recommend this place to anybody !!!!!!!!!!!!

Do u like microwaved half frozen fries ? after making sure u asked for well done fries Crispy. Enjoy some soggy fries, melted cheese and luke warm chili. Yes its delicious, you will love it soooooo

Customer service was horrible, management didn't help. They don't know thier own menu. I order 6 chicken nuggets for myv20 or old neice and requested to upgrade to a large for .99 and was told I can't do that on the child menu. I wasn't ordering off children menu. And the .99 upgrade clearly states for any combo. Which the 6 piece chicken nuggets is under chicken combos.

Not the same anymore the prices have gone up. I ordered two large chili cheese fries they charged me almost 27 dollars. I said no thank you and left. You don't know the price till you get to the window. Have cash or you will be charged to use the ATM. A home less guy kept coming to my door standing Watching me asking me for money and he would not leave. Wait was long about 40 mins in the drive thru
