i ordered from this place looking for something new on burgers and fries i certainly got something new when they barely gave me girlfriend 4 onion rings total in her order and they upcharged her just for 4 onion rings. i ordered the build your own burger and i built it but apparently the workers didn't listen cause i barely had seasoning on my burger gave me a handful of barely seasoned fries. and with all this food we were still hungry after luckily my girlfriend had a milkshake which was decent and luckily filled her up. also to add i wish i cookie add zero stars and the place is wayyyyyy overpriced 2 burgers, fries, 4 onion rings, and a milkshake comes out to 45 dollars.

Bad communication between staff or stores or how ever they do it. I call one of the two numbers they have on google maps I ask if I can pay w cash upon deliver he says he would have transfer me to idk where but some lady answered and I’m thinking the man alredy explained my situation to the lady so I place my order the lady takes my orders and tells me 10 minutes. That seemed kinda fast but I wasn’t thinking of it like that I’m thinking wow they deliver fast right … wrong I call 15 minutes later nobody can find my order they transfer me again and I asked and they’ll them this if Jose I just placed and order like 25 minutes ago the lady said 10. Now they don’t deliver at all but asked me if it was for carry out or delivery very frustrating when you have your son who hasn’t ate all day and we have no car to go i wish I could put no stars. Very unprofessional ppl need to get fired
