AVOID!!! The cashier was so rude inappropriate aggressive and loud. She snatched my card away from the young lady helping me and then accused me of having a sticker card and ripped my card apart with her nails so gross and unhygienic also tried cutting my card. I didn’t even want to respond to not escalate her ghetto behavior because she wouldn’t stop yelling and being dramatic. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated and asked her to not cut my card. She kept yelling at my kid “it’s a spoon.” And at me “it’s a sticker”. Maybe hire nice people or if you don’t like rude customer service at a place you give your money to avoid this YL

We came in the day of the free charms, we asked the chasier before we paid if they had any more charms and she said yes, when we asked for them she said you had to show the IG post before paying, she could have said that before we paid and refused to give us the charm smh worst cst service!

If I could put a no star review I would! Worst experience here. this place is dirty and the customer service is bad .
Unpleasant attendant! I am not into the habit of publicly exposing specific employees even though I have her name and an illustration, which she adamantly repeated "I DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW!". While this employee was extremely rude, I'm not fond of humiliating this teen-ish girl, that lacks basic manners and a serious refresher in customer service skills while she works with customers, by posting any names nor pictures of her.I definitely want to review the situation with her superiors, though! I teach adults methods on how to get and keep a job for a living, and I can tell that customer service might not be her thing! Never had I experienced this form of service in this Lynwood location with any employee in the past, until last night. It is clear she's new in the work industry based on her childish remarks! I've already emailed customerservice@yogurt-l…, so I'm hoping I can at least get a response through the Yelp method.

Location: plaza Mexico Pros: flavors ALL work, good toppings, it's never packed, pre packed flavors & they have a restroom. Cons: They NEVER have whipped Cream...it's FROZEN or not made, register area was dirty with spilled yogurt.
