One of the few remaining Arby's within a 150 mile range from the Bay Area. Being situated in a Loves truck stop makes for easy parking with plenty of interesting stuff to look at while eating your food, besides your phone. Add the fact that it's open 24 hours and has the cheapest local gas prices puts it over the top as a winner.

So I occasionally go out to Arby's. My experiences with this particular location has been difficult. In the past my orders aren't completed correctly. Today my wife and I wanted Chipotle but they were closed due to cleaning. We opted to go here and go inside for the meal since my in-laws have us a gift card for the place. We go in and order, as we are trying to pay the system keeps rejecting the gift card as valid payment. So they call up the manager and he tells us that the "system" isn't online. Yet when I Swipe my bank debit card the transaction is completed. Sounds a little Sus to me. It would be appreciated for this Arby's location to fix this clerical error with their "system".

The Food is good and we eat there all the time. But I was very disappointed when we bought two classics for $7.00 (that was advertised on both the outside drive-through menu board and the side of the store window in big letters). When we got to the window to pay, they charged us $5.69 a piece. When I asked about it, the manager said the special ended “last week” and they could not honor the special price. I let him know that it is false advertisement and he said he couldn’t change it. How many people are being duped by this?

Got the new buffalo chicken wrap. Stopped by for lunch. All eats are in a single area and the place is basically for truckers. If your expecting a full fast food service then wrong place for you.
I tried to tell the cashier that I couldn't see the screen for the menu combinations and she came out from behind the counter yelling at me to not yell at her when I never did. It's not my fault that she was in a bad mood and her job sucks!! I will never go back there again and I suggest no one ever go there either!! They customer service is beyond horrible!!!!!!!!

Beware Milk shake flavors only have vanilla. Food costs more same old sandwiches. French fries mixed or refried old tastes
