I got the smallest bowl for my Tri tip salad, other locations give you big enough bowls to cut the steak to eat. Tri tip sandwich was just ok.

This location has terrible service. I walked out this evening after waiting more than 10 minutes at the bar waiting for service. There were two tables with guests and three people at the bar plus me. NOT busy. I quit going here over the summer because the service was too bad and today. I thought I would give it another try. It’s absolutely terrible service and no better than this summer. Hope they go broke and close this location so a decent business can take over

Food is average, ridiculously overpriced. The staff is horrible and rude, and cooks are slow. I don't remember our waitress' name but she was short with conversation and didn't even act like we were people. Definitely would not recommend this place to ANYONE. It was a Tuesday evening and I sat there with my family for almost 45 minutes just for food. We had to asked to get our drinks refilled multiple times as well... And to top it all off music was way too loud and light was so dim I could hardly read the menu. I tried speaking with a manager about the situation and got told one was not available. Im never coming back. Save your money and don't go here.

Emily- thank you for being so nice to my daughter last night. She has very bad social anxiety since Covid and doesn't really go out much. I can not thank you enough for being so kind to her, she talked about how nice you were almost the entire way home. People don't realize that the little things mean so much to people. The other two servers (Friday night around 8-830) were rude, and didn't even acknowledge my daughter as a customer, so thank you Emily for being amazing at your job.

They were out of multiple items, finally settled on the tri tip sandwich and only received 2 thin pieces of meat on each side! My husband purchased a beer card, however 2 of the beers were out of stock and to top it off there were fruit flies in the glass! We had a waitress with very long dark hair who provided us with terrible service despite the fact that the restaurant was very slow. We wanted to order more items but could never get her to come back because she appeared to be socializing in the back. We have given this place multiple chances because we live in the community but we will not be returning.

Love having Blast and Brew in the Riverstone area!However it seems the cooking quality has severely declined over the last year. To be fair, we have given them the opportunity several times thinking it might be just a one off occurrence. However, the last few times ordering the food has been subpar. Each time we order we express our concerns but it appears to go on deaf ears. We ordered the bacon jam burger "well done" and expressed to them the last few times it was very pink. They assured me they would cook it well done, and there would be no pink. As you can see from the pictures, it was very pink and only got more red as I went on. We also requested the fries to be well done, and I expressed to them the last few times when we got home, which was only a three minute drive the fries were very soggy and barely edible. we got home to find my wife's sweet potato fries not only soggy, but also with the incorrect sauce. Also, several of them were found blackened, and or burnt.The second order of fries were the Garlic fries, which had great flavor but were very soggy. Luckily I was able to toss them into the air fryer and finish them up before eating them. The resturant was clean and appeared slow inside and hardly any patrons.

One of the worst breakfast I had ever. All I had was simple eggs and toast. Potatoes were a mush seemed like served right of the bag...bread was dry and they didn't have coffee cause their machine broke. I took two bites and left everything on the plate maybe they will get the hint that it was disgusting food.
The mac n cheese was really good and the red headed bartender did a really good job. I give it a 9.9/10 and the .1 is because my cup had a paper straw that disintegrated in my drink.

We came for dinner tonight and the food was DELICIOUS. Had the ahi tower, Asian chicken salad, & crispy chicken sandwich. Great service too! 10/10 recommend.

Horrible service. Sat for 30 minutes, no water or drinks service. Had to bother the server twice for drinks ( and I mean water). I had to hunt down the server for a beer tap card. There were 4 employee just standing in the back, watching everyone, instead of walking around the restaurant and attending to customers and it was not busy. There were 3 people sitting at the bar and no Permanent bar tender, who was also our server. It took about 1 hr to get a pizza. Other than that, beer was good and ambience was nice with lots of TVs. Tap beers are about $7-10 per pint 16 oz. Our Server was nice but I think he was overwhelmed with runnng the whole restaurant. And pizza was pretty good.

Wine on tap, Cabernet is good, beers on tap is good! Party of 10, food came out SUPER COLD (all of our dishes), then to boot the server said she'd come back with silverware, which didn't happen right away so our food got even colder. :( I got the Margherita pizza came out cold and barely any cheese on it (which is NOT how a traditional Margherita pizza should be). Sorry to say (with the exception of my family), this dinning experience from service, no eating utensils when our cold food came out and no cheese on the Margherita pizza... was a big disappointment. Everyone who took a slice of the Margherita pizza agreed it was missing the cheese and cold as there dishes were too. :(
