TERRIBLE I REPEAT TERRIBLE! This Burger King really just hires anyone.. first off I ordered 2 whoppers 1 bacon king and 3 large fries and one shake they told me the machine wasn’t working (they’ve said this every time I come through the drive thru) when I checked there was no bacon king ??♂️I went inside and asked for my bacon king and they said they needed a receipt well Mr drive thru guy didn’t give us one it was literally just 2 minutes and the guy couldn’t remember that I ordered a bacon king smh the fries we’re extremely cold and weren’t even filled up to the top.. when I asked for the manager she was extremely rude. She told me that they had a job and that everyone is busy I told her what’s the point of them having a job if they aren’t going to do it right , she told me to leave and didn’t give me my bacon king MEAL that I payed for or my money back.. later on that day my sister went and asked for a shake inside the building and she got it meaning the workers are just straight up wrong on orders and lazy don’t come here manager too rude and terrible service

Burger King is the best. I'm thankful that we live right next door. I love it when I take my dog with me. And they give her a doggy Patty. Burger King on Madera Avenue in Madera is the best.

I usually stop once or twice a week after work to get something hot to eat, Tonite 12/5 I rolled in for tacos before closing time. The lady at the window was very courteous and nice and wished me a wonderful night. Great job on the hot food and customer service at the window. Too bad BK doesnt allow a tip jar because I would tip everytime.

The older guy always making chicken sandwiches we can see you incase you haven’t realized so stop answering your phone with the gloves on while making sandwiches or at least wash your hands every time you touch your phone

worst experience ever. me and my boyfriend went to this fast food restaurant and was approached with the worst attitude ever!!! got to the window and were rushing my boyfriend and telling him to just give him 35$ because my boyfriend was a little confused. they forgot my boyfriends whole meal and once we realized at home they wouldn't open the door and told us to go back in line which was swarmed around the parking lot. in another visit my dad encountered a rude employee and she threw the bag of food at him. this establishment shouldn't have been build after it burned it should've been turned into something else who requires good customer service. if there was a 0 star option it would be to this establishment.
