The quality has gone down drastically. Food is almost never ready, they always have one person working both chester's and godfather pizza. Over time this companies quality of food went from fantastic to trash. Small pieces of potato wedges, chicken, chicken sandwiches, basically everything is smaller now for higher price.

I can not believe they charge $2.50 for less than a handful of mashed potatoes... And why would wouldvthey sell a COMBO meal NO drink included. I am so very disappointed in what will be my 1st and last visit here. I do not recommend this place.

Loved the chicken strips and they were big too just make sure you count your strips I ordered and paid for 12 and only got 8

I got the livers and he made them fresh. But he put them in a bag and the oil from them made the bag break. I lost About half of them on the way to my truck.

Stopped by the Loves in Madera, California. I got the Free Drivers Thanksgiving Dinner. It was hot & fresh.! This is the only Chester's where the chicken was good & potatoes were fully cooked. A nice Loves with clean showers. I will stop there again.!Parking: Decent amount of big truck parking.

I love Chester's. This location is right off the 99 Hwy. The potatoes, bisquits, and chicken taste great. Thumbs up.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

This was the 2nd time I have came here for some of my favorite fried chicken ?? and left again after being told it's a 20 minute wait for chicken... imagine going to taco bell and it's a 20 min wait for tacos everytime...won't go back again .. horrible management
Went there today. Called in my order and asked if someone could bring it out to me, as it is hard for me to walk. They came out and collected over $28 dollars plus I tipped the girl. After bringing out my order. I believe if was a manager he said that they could never bring out my order again. He was rude. I don't plan on going there again. This is not what I would have expected from Chester's. Just wanted to let the owner know. Don't feel that it was necessary for him to be so rude I mean there are people like me that are handicapped and it's difficult for us to get in and out of their car and after spending that kind of money I didn't think it was such a big deal I mean I feel like they should have a pickup or something where they come out and pick up the money from you and bring the order it's just my own opinion that's all I have to say I just won't be going there anymore!

I like it because of the customer service when l came today there was only one worker but he was very kind and even tho we told him to take his time he still went as fast as he could the food was great as it was fresh even for a fast food restaurant l feel they did great with there workers especially that man spoke in a polite way and was eager to help the customers l dont know his name but he had straight hair and a big smile would recommend for long trips!!!!
