It takes a lot for me to complain but this was an absolute terrible experience. When we walked in it was empty and should’ve been a red flag, employees sitting in the back on phone. We place an order and they are out if most drinks, sweet potatoe fries, cream cheese which we didn’t make a big deal. Then the restrooms were filthy, they mess up the order, place our stuff in to go containers and head back to the back to sit down, we were then waiting for someone to come out of the back so we could ask for water and we had to whistle to get attention. Food wasn’t fresh. We never had this experience at the other location and will not be going back. Absolutely lazy and unacceptable, it’s mind blowing this is what people get paid $15 an hour for.

Ordered 4 sandwiches paid almost 80 for Bad meat that smelled & looked Green!! What a waste of money!!! Would NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!

I mean the food was good but the employee just sat there and like stared at me. And then forgot our fries & then brought them out undercooked. Then we got home and she didn't put cheese on our sandwich that literally only had meat & cheese ??♀️
I'm actually giving the lowest rating possible it's not a one star its a smidge of a star it was a terrible experience the lady at the cash register was very lazy with her words, actions, and attitude she gave me soggy old fries she said no to onions on my French dip and she didn't put any cheese on my French dip sandwich so a very terrible place to go eat and I'm never going again

Not much has changed, but they started putting less ingredients in the sandwich, so all you get is bread now. The fries seems soggy now too. Too bad.

The sandwiches at this location is EXTREMELY poor. I rather drive to Fresno to eat my favorite sandwich spot. I have given this location multiple opportunities to redeem itself but nothing has proven itself. What makes this place poor in my experience is the following: Given very little meat or tuna ( barely a scoop ) The toppings are very sparingly used The bread wasn't toasted Basically my sandwich was bread with a couple pieces of lettuce, slice of cheese, 4 little sprouts, and a half a pickle. Deli D my favorite sandwich place but again this location is horrible!

The girl making my food threw my food on the counter very rude causing my sub go everywhere in the bag. Just wanted to try a new sub shop and this is what I get a rude employees

I over the course of the week I had three takeout orders for a total of 38 different sandwiches. Every sandwich was done perfectly. I had three different pick up times and the staff was very accommodating. I really appreciated that each sandwich was labeled was ready to be picked up on time.
