Coupon says 2 or more 3-topping pizzas for $9.99 each. My order was $11.99 and $9.99. Why was one pizza $2 more? The app should inform us if there is an extra charge for something.

One of the girls we delt with name was nevae horrible customer service by the reviews it’s not the first time,the big guy in the back just kept running his mouth too ,don’t order online or use your card they add extra charges and lie but little did they know we had pictures of the pizza to show corporate,make sure you get a receipt! They charged my sons card 36$ for the 19.99$ meal when confronted they refused to speak had to call corporate to deal with it.Nothing changed still worst pizza place in Madera!

Disappointed.Service was not great whatsoever, the lady who charged me kept giving me and other customers distasteful looks. And did not acknowledge anyone about their order, she stayed silent the entire time while myself and other customers were waiting endlessly for our food. The line was going outside of the establishment.This is not the first time that this has happened. Please improve on this and consider your management better next time.

Staff is unfriendly and they need to learn a thing or two about customer service. The staff with large ear-hoops and super bad makeup needs some kind of training because she’s really good at ignoring customers when they come inside the store. Food was good but I would not return to the store.

This was Absolutely the worst customer service location I have ever been in. The two females working there were rude, argumentative, and dismissive to say the least. I asked pricing and questioned the difference between online prices and in store to which she shrugged and said the prices are what they are. Then abruptly urged me to finish placing my order and she apparently had more important things to do. I informed her I no longer wanted the order and would be going elsewhere. To which she made a snide remark which I did not dignify with a response and left. Absolutely terrible.

Celeste went above and beyond ensuring my food was correct and made to order. Also doing the carside delivery within 30 seconds of me saying I was there. Give Celeste a raise!!! ??????

So pizza was pretty good. Better than last time. But the lava cakes didn't have such a happy ride. Unfortunately I didn't figure it out until after we ate pizza otherwise I would have called in for a replacement.

I ordered a Pan Cali chicken bacon ranch pizza and for it to be well done. I got a pizza that had white onions on it, and no tomatoes or bacon and was undercooked and not cut all the way through. Tried to reach out to the store, but was on hold for over 10+ minutes.
