Food is very good. Always love stopping at this place for a coffee. The wait is very long. I would recommend staying in the car, it takes so long to order outside. So better waiting in the car than outside with the cold weather.

Went there this morning and waited in the drive-thru for way too long. The line wasn't moving at all even tho there were like 4 cars in front of me. Did someone order everything on the menu? Madera's location needs to step up. This isn't the first time that this has happened. Might as well head to Starbucks instead.

Great lattes, freezes, and drinks. Best hot chocolate in town has been my daughter's favorite for years. You can ask for it kids temp if necessary. If drinks are too sweet you can ask for them half-sweet like I do.

Stopped here on a road trip home. We came around 12pm on a Saturday, the line was long but it only took about 10 minutes. The worker was very friendly and offered our dog a treat. I recommend looking up the menu online before coming to make your drink decisions before (if you're new to Dutch bros) as they have a lot of options. Both of our drinks were prepared well.
I walked up to the window, placed my 2 drink order, then waited... 15min later (and after all the cars in the drive thru -plus the 5+ more that arrived after I placed my order) had gotten their orders, then I finally revived my drinks.Madera needs to step up their game, you wouldn't see this at any other location!

When I was in line, there was a guy out there. That was selling candy and every time. He would hold up the cars in the line because he was asking if you would buy his candy. Well, they came out, they told him to move and he wouldn't go. And by then I had to drive away so I don't know what happened.
