Surprisingly, we liked this place! I say surprisingly because my husband and I moved to Madera from the Bay Area. With that being said, we have not been able to find any tacos of half the quality of Bay Area tacos. We have tried several taco places in town and honestly nothing compares to Bay Area. We usually travel to Fresno for tacos so we were lucky to find this place. My husband had the super burrito de tripas. He says the tripas were very crunchy just how he asked. The flavor was definitely there. The only thing he noticed was that the burrito did not have avocado, and if I'm not mistaken, it should've came with avocado. We shared some tacos de asada. He thought the tortilla was very dry and not his favorite. In my opinion, they were fine to me. The tacos were very flavorable and it came with a free frijole tacos/tostada. I find the flavor similar to street tacos. They are a bit greasy, so something to note. We saw other reviews that show handmade tortillas. I think you have to call ahead for those, or maybe they only sell them on certain days. I had the asada torta. Im a chipotle sauce fan which made this torta taste better in my opinion. My husband is not a chipotle fan so it was not his fav. The meat was well seasoned. We ordered via drive thru and received our food right away. My husband and I have very different taste buds but we know how to appreciate fresh quality food. This was only our first visit and we will be back to try different items. What we like is consistency. We will be back soon and see if the quality and flavor is the same. We know how difficult it is to find good food so we will update our review for the next time we visit!

Just had the best breakfast burrito I've ever eaten. Eggs, potatoes, refried beans, cheese, and chorizo.

Very good food. Homemade corn tortillas. Service was excellent and salsa it must. Plenty of room to seat and eat or take food home to go.

Fanstasitc food! In a town full of the same menus, this place is clearly belonging with the top tier of food. They will win you over on flavor, freshness, and amazing salsa! Highly recommended

Took a detour between the Bay Area and Fresno based on reviews. Wow!!!! Had the quesadilla on corn tortilla and it was packed with flavor. Better yet, the service was so good! The woman who took our order was hospitable and kind, a joy to order from.

Great food, tasty salsa. I really enjoyed the carne asada torta, I changed the cheese to cotija since I'm not crazy about Monterey Jack cheese. It was light but filling, I was impressed. Their red salsa is really good they have 2 versions of it. And 2 versions of their green salsa. I came back again for a carne asada sope and that was also delicious. Simple yet flavorful

The food was absolutely delicious I highly recommended this place if you want a good bite to eat with the one of the best beverages in town- horchata! Seriously, the BEST horchata I have ever tasted- hands down. It was so delicious! Oh man, don't get me started on the hand-made corn tortillas too! Oh and the salsas!! Super delicious. A definite hidden gem in Madera! You gotta try it out Will definitely be back!

We came from Huntington Lake to go back to the Bay Area and I was delightfully surprised that I truly had the best burrito of my life. Not only did they take the time to build the super burrito and grilled the burrito on the flattop, but they had THE BEST selection of 4 salsas I have ever had to pour onto the burrito. There was a dark red that was spicy and smoky, a medium bodied orange salsa that was a bit sweeter, a classic tomatillo, and then some green salsa that was spicy but cooled and thicker. The combination was nuanced and addicting. You need to check this place out and see what the hype is about, it exceeded my expectations by a lot!!

I unfortunately didn't take a picture of my order went with my boyfriend and we both got the super burrito asada and the burrito didn't even have sour cream, cheese or guacamole. Not sure if there was a misunderstanding but we did get charge for it. I got a aqua de horchata it's very sweet but my bf enjoyed it. Food was good overall aside from that small hiccup . Place is clean and quite, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go back.
