Really disappointing experience. Customer service was awful. At a self serve yogurt shop interaction with customers is minimal anyways but the guy working there didn't greet me (that's fine) but when he rung me up he didn't say a word accept tell me my total, took my card, handed it back to me and then turned around. Seemed like me being there was a burden. The yogurt also tasted bad. Like sour bad. The mochi was hard and definitely old. Bummer.

This was NOT a delight. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but felt compelled to save someone else from the fate of purchasing a smoothie from this place. I ordered a 16oz acai kick smoothie this afternoon. Paid for it. Then was horrified when I saw the guy prepare it (if you can call it that). He pulled a bottle of purple syrup from the fridge, dumped some of the contents into a blender, added some water, added ice and then blended. That was the smoothie. Actual fruit was forgotten history in whatever was in that syrup. I asked him if there was addl. sugar or other ingredients other than what was listed on the description board and all I got was "I dunno." Deadpan. He was more interested in the movie that was playing on the tv. I thought I would at least try it. Maybe looks were deceiving? Nope, it tasted garbagey and left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. Suffice it to say this was dumped in the refuse can outside. No, I do not recommend Frozen Delight. Smoothie tasted awful, had questionable ingredients, poor customer service and I hate to pile on, but the place smelled like chemicals - cleaning agents? Get your smoothie fix elsewhere. This was worse than the Kaiser Fresno cafeteria.

Lack of courtesy really makes for a bad experience. Guy behind the counter refused to even say hello to my children when we walked in, no response when I said thank you, I’ll gladly take my business where it is more appreciated. Even my toddler asked me why he wouldn’t say anything.

The yogurt is delicious but costumer service is lacking. The worker didn’t say a word to me until I was about to pay. They make you wear gloves when getting your frozen yogurt due to Covid which makes sense. Some of the toppings seemed like they’d been sitting out for a while. The cherries were turning black so obviously I didn’t get those. It was an okay experience.

Very bad customer service cashier was grouchy and didnt let my daughter pour sprinkles on her yogurt ?, first and last time there and the only reason i put 1 star is because the flavors were good
Very limited supply. Only 6 flavor choices of frozen yogurt. Pretty expensive for the cheap taste. I love dole whip it usually tastes the same no matter where I go but their dole whip tasted very cheap. Won't go here again.

It was completely empty when we pull up around 1 pm, which I found odd. It was super hot so froyo was a perfect idea. Upon arriving it's very obvious that they're taking all of the covid precautions- masks required, gloves provided when building your cup, and each yogurt you use is dispensed a little after you finished to clear out whatever touched your cup. Obviously, no inside seating at all or public restroom. Customer service wasn't particularly warm, but it wasn't bad either. There aren't a ton of flavors, but the ones we got were solid. They have lots of toppings and the fruit I got was nice and fresh. Two moderately sized cups added up to about $10 and some change- if you get a lot, it'll definitely add up. Overall I'm not super hyped about the place, but it's not a bad option for frozen yogurt if you're really craving it.
