Tried this place for the first time this week. Purchased #16 - pineapple, cucumber, lime with tajin and chamoy. #18 tropical - mango, pineapple, orange one with tajin and chamoy another without. #27 strawberry and cheesecake. All of them were delicious! Very good flavor!

If you are here to decide whether to go or not, I do not recommend you to go. Me and my family saw how the man giving orders treat bad one of his employees, and I just think a place like this does not deserve to have sells. This place does not even deserve one star. The line is so crazy, long time waiting, plus I saw how the manager or boss treat one of his employees and I think people like that should not be in charge of managing a business since treating people right should be always be a priority. I saw how the impatient manager treat one girl and she did not deserved, she was pretty nice to us when taking our orders.

Maybe just a bad day but the rolled ice cream was not right at all. It was sticky and gooey and I couldn't even taste the fruity people's because they were mixed into chocolate ice cream. I've had rolled ice cream at other places and this was not right.

Fruit and snacks are bangin but they take HELLLLLLAAAA long every single time. They also blast music too loud you can’t hear the person in front of you.

Today was my third time going to this place. When I went for the first time, I was amazed with the service and choices. Second time, I had ordered a fruit platter for 4th of July celebration, which my friends really liked. Today, I was given a great customer service once again and the staff is very friendly and talented. I am enjoying the fruit cup that I have ordered. Great to have you guys in Madera! Keep it up!!!
