I order the jumbo platter all the time. It’s 4:27am and I drove out of my way for this location. Not only was it super greasy, this is the smallest amount of eggs I have ever received. I feel robbed and because it was my lunch. I can’t go back and I live in Fresno. Such a waste of time and money.

The girl who took my order was curious, informative about local event. The manager was pleasant and professional. I'm in the customer service profession so I pay attention. Good team at location, the team that got my review were the Saturday around noon time. Order taker ws young with glasses. I wish I remembered her name. Hope this helps identify

I love the cheap tacos from here! I get them quite frequently... However, this time I specifically asked for no sauce and they sauced every single one of my four tacos. Significantly allergic to spicy foods, so I can't eat these.. and because I have a busy day ahead I don't have time to go get them replaced either. So now I have to wait for lunch.

Literally just went through the drive through and we're the only ones in line so idk why this happened. No bacon on my double bacon burger at all. It was sloppily put in there and half fallen apart. The lady on the phone said the cook "put bacon on there". We didn't get curly fries when we ordered curly fries and then were told over the phone that they took it down as regular fries so there's "nothing they can do". Ridiculous. If there was a line I could understand but there wasn't. Going to be contacting corporate because I felt they were being very rude on the phone, especially lying about putting bacon on when there clearly was no effort put into this burger at all, let alone bacon.

The girl at the drive thru @ 9:58pm was too fast. She was also rude. If you don't like your job then apply somewhere else. There wasn't even a big line. I got what I wanted but she needs to slow down and make sure she can understand when a person is done placing their order. Only gave me a receipt for one of my items. (I had to make 2 separate orders bc she was rushing)
