I've waited 20 minutes for 4 orders of crazy pizza I go back in to see if it ready they tell me it's going to be another 15 to 20 minute wait the kitchen crew is complaining to front as well as back to them

Ordered a thin crust cheese pizza tonight and was told twenty minutes before being able to pick up, husband got there to pick up the pizza and he said they were busy as heck, had to wait for the pizza even longer, no actual line just people crowding to the counter, wait until you see the pictures I am posting of this so called pizza, normally I love Little Caesars but apparently since ordering from the last time everything has changed, no customer service, no quality in the food being made and I am absolutely appalled at this pizza. Shame on Little Caesars for letting anything this horrendous looking being sold. I told my husband he should have definitely looked first because this pizza should have never left the building.

I'm going to sound like a real pos but this place usually had their ish together. I placed my order online like they recommended at 546 pm Thursday. I set the pick up for 630 bc it would take me about 45 minutes to get home from where I was at. I get here, they're busy, I get it. I enter my code, chins to find out my pizza isn't ready. The gal says that "those times aren't accurate. But we'll put your pizza in the oven. 10 minutes tops!" Ok cool ... it's literally 658pm. Literally 10 minutes ago, they finally put my ONLINE order in the oven. Only person who even showed remorse was a young man who at least owned up to the time.1 out if 10

This lady literally hung up on us! When we ordered it they didn't deliver our pizza or didn't take any information. They also had this loud machine in the back and it could not hear her. DONT EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!

Ordered a pizza at 2pm for pickup by 5:15 show up at 5:20 and its barely going in the oven. Waiting while i notice 2 other customers show up and same situation. Hate shitting on someones job, but when u get a 2+ hour gap to get it ready than it says alot because i know yall aint that busy to say you were backed up especially on a thursday night... get it together befor yall lose buisness and get replaced by other pizza spots

Leslie was beyond sweet with her absolute great attitude towards me. Made my day for her being so nice I think she is the real deal for customer service period. People in this industry don't understand and I hope she knows she is awesome. Definitely coming to this location just for her great attitude... the place looked good everyone was working I was impressed..

Quality of pizza has gone down, cheese tastes horrible now thought maybe it was just the pizza I got but after several more orders it's the cheese they use, the bestest has less pepperoni than the classic now people used to drive from Atwater to get this pizza but now the Quality went from better than pizzahut and dominoes to complete trash not worth buying from this Little Ceasars anymore
