Doesn't matter how busy it is and they always get orders wrongI placed an order on the app. Waited 20min to show up because I know they take long. Only to find out that when I showed up my order had not been started they didn't even realize it was placed!

Waited in short car line over 15 minutes. Frozen Cokes looked strange, very dark, blackish, and only a tiny bit of ice near the top. We commented on it and were told it was fine, that's how their machine does it. Upon returning to Fresno discovered the Frozen Cokes were not frozen at all, with way too much syrup, making it taste flat and awful. They were thrown out. The large Fries were cold and tasted stale, and they too were tossed after a few bites. With fast food being so expensive and staff wages being so high, you would think they could hire quality workers. We will not return here.
