Almost every time I go there, the hamburger is warm, and the cheese is unmelted. The hamburger is usually burnt, which is called chili meat. Every time I go, I'm hoping it will get better, wrong.

it was St. Paddy's day so I wanted a shamrock Oreo mcflurry. I was only able to get the shake. I didn't get shamrocked only shenaniganed. I tell you I got the sham not the rock. I got shamboozled!

In my opinion, this location should be avoided because they consistently fail to get things done correctly. Additionally, they struggle to express gratitude and expect the paying customer to possess all the necessary customer service skills.

Why is it so difficult to make the food on time. On several occasions I was the only one in the drive thru and yet I had to wait to get my food for well over 10 minutes. Why does In N Out have better service despite having bigger lines ?
They need to have more workers in the AM or something because I went in there and ordered at around 9:23am. 1 hour later and still no order. I asked the manager to cancel my order and she still went to ask how much longer for my 4 sausage egg McMuffins. Unbelievable.
