Seriously a 5/5. Amazing customer service and amazing taste! Was greeted immediately and asked if I had already placed an order. They are very fast and are always calling out orders to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible. This location was very clean and had amazing customer service. Everyone was working so hard and had such a positive attitude and service. I have been to various locations throughout the valley but this one tops all of them in every way. Our pizza was perfectly done from the cheese, sauce and toppings to the perfect crust on the bottom that had the perfect crunch! You guys are amazing!

Just paid $45 for 2 medium pizzas delivered one wrong did absolutely nothing when we called . Worst customer service ever.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We had family over, ordered the pizza, and according to the online order were promised the pizza would be delivered by 6:30 p.m. That sure in the hell didn't happen. At about 6:50 p.m, wife called to get an update on the status. According to the staff, the delivery driver was on their way. At 7:30 p.m. she called back again to get another update on the status. The worker said the delivery driver had other deliveries too, and put a manager on the phone. All the manager did, was try to make up excuses. After 2 hours of waiting, we canceled the order and went to Little Caesar's. Terrible customer service !!!!!
I had been wanting to try out the lunch buffet that they have here and the day I finally got to go I realized it was definitely not what I imagined.The pizza looked and tasted like it was just sitting there for hours. Salad didn't taste to good either. The customer service wasn't bad It was just the food that was.

Pizza was OK. Cleveland location much better pizza. Service was OK, however when I tried to order a bottled beer, literally no one knew how to ring it up, so that was embarrassing. Staff didn't even know they had bottled beer and it was in a glass door cooler behind them. The look of shock was quite funny. Salad bar was bad, lettuce was old and bar itself was in disarray. Small location and awkward party room location. Restaurant was not super clean, but not super dirty. I would opt to go to the Cleveland location instead of this one.
