It's always busy, almost every time I go through the drive thru something is messed up. They move so fast, which is understandable considering the amount of people, but things are consistently being missed.

I don’t like giving reviews but this time!!!The food is good, but today I was about to finish my food wanting to get the bottom part , saw something hanging on my fork , I grabbed it thought it was a black brush bristle but my husband told me that it looks more like an eyelash ? . Besides the ice maker not working, drinks been mixed, wanted to get coke and root beer was coming out complain and was told “no, it’s coke”but my smell and taste was telling me different.

The price is the least important thing, the service is fatal. At the counter I ordered Chili Crisp shrimp with rice and when I got home I opened my plate and in the rice I found a screw. I returned the order and told the employee, he didn't even bother to check it.

My teammates and I had a wonderful experience at this fine Panda Express establishment. We throughly enjoyed our various chicken entrees and of course the scrumptious sides of fried rice and noodles. The servers were kind and were very open to us even though we were beleaguered and tired after a long day on the cross country course.Vegetarian options: Chicken but vegan is availableDietary restrictions: Good I’m lax toes in taller antParking: Parking moatKid-friendliness: They’re friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Ramp

The rice was clumpy and salty didn't even eat it. The orange chicken was inconsistent some pieces were as hard as a rock and crunchy but some were alright and even one of my honey walnut shrimp was orange like my orange chicken. It was really busy so I'll give it benefit of the doubt but come on I'm just trying to enjoy my

I usually eat at panda about 4 times a week. I stopped at this one I this city and it is nothing like I am used too. The portion sizes are small the good was not like the other locations. The team was not cheerful did not great didn’t know how to input coupon codes. Just standing around took a long time to serve me even though nobody in line. The white rice was just one big lump block couldn’t even eat it. I won’t be coming back to this location again. Totally disappointed. I would of write more but I’m on my lunch break and they took most of it making me wait

Very Unprofessional, Walked in and it seems to appear that a manager was arguing with one of his employees in front of customers.

The only thing i don't like here is everbody busy helping drive thru. Sometimes i am just waiting to order and looking around for somebody to come and say "what can i get you". Not all the times but sometimes it happens. Other than that it's a good place.

I typically don't leave bad reviews but it's more than a coincidence that Every Single Time that I go to Panda Express here in Madera that I always tell myself that I should have eaten elsewhere. It always feels unwelcoming at Panda Express, and the Drive Thru is 2x worse than going inside. Employees are not very friendly at all except when they ask you to donate more money to some unknown charity when paying. Food is Good to OK but I think it's the people working that ruin the appetite and taste. The employee was super stingy on sweet and sour sauce, as always, and now it comes in ketchup style packets, which is weird , IMO. I was given 3 packets for my 2 item plate plus order of 3 Cream Cheese Rangoons. The mannar in which they give your food to you is rushed and absolute, I didn't even want to ask for a couple more packets. They told me they don't carry Chinese hot mustard anymore either. It will likely be at least a year or three until I come back if I ever do. If eating out I will definitely choose to go somewhere welcoming to enjoy or take out a meal. Panda Express has noticeably changed for the worse over the years.
