Pizza is “ok”, not as good as the Ranchos or the Friant location. The Pizza actually taste different than the other two locations. I found that odd, being a franchise.

I was excited to have a Pizza factory in Madera since I drive Miles to get Pizza factory because it’s my favorite pizza. However, I was disappointed I ordered a combination. The original combination has bacon any Pizza factory to go to . I ordered one here at the new location. They put a lot of sausage on it no bacon it was not a Pizza factory combination. Disappointed.

ABSOLUTE TRASH! Delivered my order to the wrong address and never gave me an update until I called telling them my order was 45 mins late! They said the best they could do was deliver it in the next 35 mins even though they recognized they made the wrong delivery and still didn't try to contact me. Seems like the same uncaring management from the previous Pizza Twist just changed the business name!

Very bad their service was bad they took way to long to get the order ready I ordered it a 3:00 and it was supposed to be ready at 4:15 it ended up being until 4:50 and as they were getting the food ready they dropped my wings so I had to get a refund because I wasn't gonna wait 20 minutes for something that is their fault.The workers there are very nasty I saw one worker wash his hands for 2 seconds and then I saw him wipe away his snot as he was preparing the food it also smelled like curry in there which is very suspicious because it's a pizzeria. The five employees you have are very disgusting and nasty they do not have proper sanitary cleanliness as their beards are very long and uncovered I will not be returning to this location ever I prefer going to the one in the ranchos.
