We came here only because we saw plenty of great reviews talking about the food & service. It was okay for my family & I. All the tables were dirty & there was nobody inside when we showed up (after we sat there was 1 other family). While we sat & waited for our food a person came & wiped the tables clean. Our kids ordered fries, plain cheeseburger, & chicken strips. My husband & I ordered burgers with fries. All our fries came together in a single pan for all of us to share. The fries had the powder seasoning & salt (we're not fans of the frie powder). My daughter didn't eat the fries because of that. The burgers were good, not great like expected. I had read on a previous review about the staff being so nice and turn the TV on for them, well the TV stayed off the entire time we were there (our kids are 9 & 8 yrs old). We resorted to good old fashion conversation with eachother (I didn't mind that part lol). There was 1 man taking orders & 1 lady in the back cooking. We were disappointed & mislead by the reviews. It's good food just not 5 star bomb in our opinion.

Burgers are so flavorful, juicy, and fresh! The burgers do take a bit of time to make, but they're worth the wait! The owner puts so much effort into the quality of his food. He makes the food as you order. They've got veggie options and so many things other than just burgers on the menu. Great prices and kind service. I'll be coming here anytime I want a burger and fries! ?

While it was a bit of a wait in the drive-thru, the gentleman who served us (presumably the owner) was amazingly courteous. The wait turned out to be worth it once our orders arrived as everything had been made fresh.
The people who used to own the red onion were great , but now they do not care about the quality of food. not worth it spend ur money else

I placed my order at 12:38pm there were two cars before me and once I get to the window I had to repeat my order to the young lady that needs training on customer service. I did not get my order till1:17pm and to top that off I was given the wrong order??♀️ and my fires and burger was not hot. At this point I am beyond frustrated.

Speaker didn’t work well because they couldn’t hear my order which in return gave us the wrong order that we took home. Food was good and flavor was though. It just took about 30 mins of waiting in the drive through to get it. But the plus is that they wait till you order it to make it!
