I've been with my son over a month here.. back and forth. And most of the baristas know my face and are so friendly. Stacy's my favorite... she pretty much has my drink down to a Tee, and always asks how my sons doing. It's funny to read the reviews bout the old lady with Red hair. (Maby it's not red hair anymore, IDK) At first I didn't care for her, she's not very friendly and seems to rush u... but is actually sweet if u give her a chance. I love this Starbucks!

At Starbucks all they do is make the best coffee! Period. The downfall is the high cost! $$$$. Also a-lot of Starbucks are closing their lobbies due to safety and cost but the whole idea was to be able to drink your coffee in a European lake setting. It's kind of like you're giving away half of the experience.

I had a very very bad experience at this location there's an old lady with red hair who's very rude,I asked for more flavor of coffee and she made a very ugly look and saying remarks...so unprofessional

The manager (an older white lady with blonde hair) that made my drink has a horrible attitude and is rude. She got my order wrong and instead of just pouring in the almond milk I had requested she had to throw in her rude remark. My advice is don't work around people if you hate people! This Starbucks needs better management for sure especially the fact that this is a child's hospital where a-lot of people are going in worried for their child's health issues.
