I ordered online and still had to wait 10 min past the expected time. Baristas were also not friendly at all and just kept walking ignoring my questions about my order. Literally only 2 people ahead of me smh and people behind me even got their drinks before me.

Went to Starbucks to get a coffee. My husband decided he wanted a sandwich and so I went to the counter to order it and they made us the sandwich but didn't charge us so we said something and the lady was super rude. Like we did something wrong. I didn't have to say something but I wanted to pay for my sandwich and she was rude, snarky and had TERRIBLE customer service.

Worst place ever! They really took about 30 mins to give me my drink and it wasn't even busy. Even had customers who ordered after me get their stuff before me. So upsetting! I complained and I didn't even get a complimentary reimbursement or apology. My cheese danish was cold by the time I got it. The guy with the long hair and glasses and the girl with the really short hair should really pay attention to what they're doing!

This is the best starbucks in madera. I come here 2 to 4 times a week as i work here. The staff is always friendly when my drink is not up to par which is rare, they always fix it. A shout out to cindy and todays staff. Thanks for your friendliness and keep up the good work.
