Why do people choose to work at an establishment that pride itself on people being able to make their drink the way they want, if they have an attitude when people change from the standard.?

Last time I came here my drink was wrong. It was rectified when I complained. So I gave them another chance. This time Izzy wouldn't even let me talk. When I talk she would just talk over me. That's it. This Starbucks is off my list.

First of all, I like to give a big thank you to everyone that works at this location Starbucks. They are always very sweet and professional every single one of the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Even when they had the challenging part of taking order at the drive-through window the speaker was broken....... They handle it pretty well and it was amazing to see them adjust to the challenge of taking orders outside in the cold. Also, I must give a special thank you especially to Julie. She's always on point with my order and she knows exactly what I need. Thank you.

I just want to say thank you so much to the staff at this Starbucks location. I had received word yesterday morning that my aunt who lives there in town passed away and knowing that the family would all be getting together I wanted to see if I could have coffee provided for their gathering. I come from a large family I knew there would have to be a good amount of coffee so I called this location due to it being closest to my family’s home. I had the pleasure of talking to Mel and asked about the different options that were available to have the coffee catered. She was very knowledgeable of their products, and what would best meet the need. I had called about noon PST being that I live on the East Coast and had asked that it be ready by 3/4pm for pick up to which she stated they usually have to have 24 hour notice but when I had shared that it was going to be for a family gathering after the passing of my aunt they made it their priority to make sure they had it ready to go when a family member was able to pick it up. Upon arrival of my family member, they helped her load it into the vehicle and made sure that she was taken care of. In this day and age it’s so hard to find people who care enough to help in a strangers time of need but the amazing staff at this location definitely made a difference in being so attentive to my family. It may be just coffee to anybody else, but to me, growing up in a household where memories were cherished and shared over coffee and desserts, and being able to reminisce about good memories means the world to me and my family. Again thank you so much.
