9/23/23Getting breakfast for tomorrow! Greeted upon entering and ordered a foot long ham, egg white and pepper jack flatbread with all veggies. The worker was kind. He put it all together and it looks fresh and delicious! Paid for the order and the worker wished me a good day! Nice restaurant. Safe and clean with music playing. 9/24/23Breakfast time! Flatbread split. My half was really fresh and delicious! Fresh flatbread & Great, tasty egg white in it! Jalapeños adding a nice, spicy kick! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she wakes up to have her half. Great service and delicious flatbread! Highly recommended!

I went to this place thinking I can use my coupons the lady saw I had it and proceeded to do my order in a very rude manner literly weighing the chicken and every veggie she would put she would do it in a straight line very cheap way on top of that she she charges me full price and proceeded to tell me they don't accept coupons my coupon dosen't expire until 10/1/23 but she won't accept it because her boss won't accept them I feel like this place is has the worst customer service defenitly will not be going back their they are very greedy and provide the cheapest looking sandwiches do not go here look for another location I went ahead and contacted corporate to put a complaint on them if you had the same experience you should contact them aswell .

This location doesn't accept coupons! I should've checked the reviews first! Can't believe we just paid $42 for 3 footlongs! Never again! We should've went to the one we always go to, on Madera Ave. They have no problem accepting the coupons there.

Should keep an eye out on the cashier. She is very disrespectful and only lets privileged Caucasian men cut in front. Deplorable service and in a town full of minorities, I am disgusted. Customer service should not be like that!

Does not use coupons here. I do not know why but if you have a coupon do not go here. Try another subway because this one is a rip off. I literally just got a simple sub, chicken bacon ranch. Get to the register and handed my coupon for a Footlong for $6.99 and the lady says we don't accept coupons. How are you not going to accept coupons that are for your restaurant chain. That's a rip off on the Subway chain restaurants that do, do it. Why is this one an exception. By the way I heard the owner does this quite frequently and he is of Indian descent which I really do not care of ethnicity but if you cannot follow what the coupon is redeemable where/for you should not own a CHAIN restaurant then. You have to abide what the demands are of the franchise. They should be no exception. Really disappointed.

Walked in and was told they were closed. Closed before it was time, why would say your closing at a certain time and close when you want. I don’t understand businesses like that.
