They, first off, don't usually take the coupons that come in the mail, I don't understand this. The coupons are for Madera residents and this place is in Madera.They do get some homeless people and drunks around there, they are not a problem if they are not vomiting or asking for $$ by following you.They usually have very good sandwiches there but today, I guess the girl was new and having a bad day. She made me the wrong sandwich and I had to keep telling her what to put in my sandwich. Usually they ask if I want mayo or mustard or vinegar and oil or salt and pepper but I had to keep stopping her from finishing my sandwich to ask for those things.I hope whoever is training her will do a better job of it.

Stopped to get a foot long meatball sandwich with olives,jalapeños,banana peppers. Employees at this location know how to make a sub versus other locations I have visited. This location is nice and clean, I would definitely recommend. The reason I give it three stars is that is not highest quality sub place but still decent.

I placed a doordash order. I called to speak with these people. about the order they did not even understand . very rude and they hung up on me....if you run busy business learn how to speak ENGLISH. and learn customer service. Do not go to this place.

The bathroom was very dirty. They were not short staffed or busy. None of the employees washed their hands before the food was prepared. They were friendly enough and patient. The food was good. Bacon could have been more cooked.

Getting a wrap! Greeted upon entering and the worker was very kind. Ordered a chicken wrap with extra jalapeños, pepper Jack cheese, all veggies and Baja chipotle sauce on the side. Everything looks fresh and delicious! Clean, safe and practiced restaurant. Paid for the order and wished a good day! Good service and wrap looks really delicious! Highly recommended!
