I went in today and staff was very friendly, manager came out and was VERY RUDE! The person helping me was trying to make my sandwich and hurrying him up ( like if he was slow) she treats staff DISRESPECTFUL in front of client’s, she also manages other stores and is VERY RUDE to her staff!! I noticed she has no patience to train staff and is always rolling her eyes. This is the second time I have witnessed her being rude to staff at two different locations. If you are reading this be kind to staff and be patient on training new staff!! Also better you customer service skills! If you manage 4 stores you should definitely have the experience! If you are tired of your job get a different job!!

I typically order a sandwich for dinner and am politely greeted by Brittney. She is always sure to prepare my sandwich with pride and evenly distribute the veggies so that each bite is delicious. Thank you Brittney!!

Fast when walking in, sometimes you have to wait for pickup because it isn't ready when you get there at the time given; maybe because they want to make sure you'll pick it up? It doesn't happen every time though I'm not sure. Other than that they give speedy service and very polite.

I ordered a sandwich not a mess. The woman working was high or something and I'm not talking about weed. She was lost. We walked in and she made eye contact, walked to the back for like two minutes. We stood there and she came to the front with bread on a pan and started putting it away but WITH HER HANDS. No gloves. She put it away and then walked in the back again. Five minutes goes by before she finally greets us and takes our order and omg she was just confused. She was grabbing handfuls of cheese, like way way way too much. Then when she finished them off she was just so sloppy and clearly so unhappy to making a sandwich. Anyway I bought the thing so I can go home and when I get home I open it and the picture attached should speak for itself for what I find. A whoooole mess. She was in the building alone, no one else, where was the manager? Who was running the shift? Why was she there alone? She looked like a new hire maybe because she was so lost, are they leaving new hires alone in the store? Gonna go to different location next time fooooor suuuuure.

The only downside is that usually work only one employee so if happens to be there on a busy moment it will take very long. Other than that I like this subway because seems to not be stingy like other location (expecially the one on howard) were they weight every little thing to put on your

Going to this subway was a really uncomfortable experience. There was only one guy working, but he was making loud "sighs" every time he had to do something for a customer. It was like we were bothering him trying to get a sandwich. Also, I'm used to subway employees washing their hands and putting on new gloves after every transaction. This guy did not wash his hands once and he just put on new gloves. On top of that, while he was preparing my sandwich, he was going to the back to get more stuff out of the fridge and touching the door handles and everything then coming back to add more to my sandwich. I'm not a confrontational person but I wish I just walked out at that point. He was also moving around the bread that was in the proofer along with the trays with the same gloves and then going back to my sandwich! I was really just upset at the whole situation. His constant sighing made him seem hostile so I was afraid to ask him to wash his hands and change his gloves, which should be a common practice at every restaurant. I didn't wanna cause a scene. Never going back here.

Employee didn't have a clue, moved very slowly and had to be told how to make a sandwich, maybe don't get stoned before work, asked and paid for extra meatballs and didn't get them ?

This location is right next to the Holiday Inn express in Madera, ca.. If you dont know where its at, you will probably miss it. They actually need better signage outside, but on to the review. Place from the outside doesnt look like much, but once i walked in the attendant was very enthused, and accomodating. The place itself was immaculately clean. Sandwich i got was good and hit the spot. Great little Subway. good luck finding it :)
