Stale taco shells! Really? The tacos I had today smelled like old crayons. The shells were so stale I had to dump all the filling into the wrapper and eat it with a fork! I'm VERY disappointed in the quality of their food today. And the soda machine was broken, as well.

Was craving some Taco Bell so here I am. I got 2 spicy soft potato taco and 2 cheese and rice burritos. Cashier at the drive thru was very friendly. The cheese and rice burritos were great same as always. The spicy soft potato taco was not so great, the potatoes were so dry and crunchy. But overall wasn't a bad experience. I would recommend if you need a decent meal and short on time.

I just came back from a long trip from the eras tour in NY and I am absolutely disgusted. I went inside to eat with my daughter, Candice and she ordered the Crunch Wrap Supreme and I had Doritos Locos Taco. The lady upfront who's name was Rhonda and was extremely rude. She yelled at my daughter because she asked for a restroom key and refused to give it to her. I took her to the shop next to taco bell and took her to the bathroom. The place was okay overall since it was nicely decorated and all the other employees were nice.

Getting lunch! 3/23/23. Drive-thru! Worker was very kind! Ordered the chicken protein bowl with no sour cream and extra hot sauce. No line! Moved fast! Paid for order and received food shortly later along with good day wishes! Lunchtime! Order made right with extra hot sauce included! Chicken bowl was really delicious! Fresh lettuce and tomato. Chicken was tasty and really good black beans, rice & guacamole! Plus, nice spice from the hot sauce! Good service and delicious chicken protein bowl! Highly recommended!

The guy kept mishearing my order. Ended up missing four tacos and having to leave without my full order. He forgot many items for other girls orders causing us to have to go up to the counter several times and get the missing item. I don't recommend this taco bell.
